“My mom and I went for supper on Thursday after spending the entire day at the hospital with a family member. Our waitress was absolutely exceptional. We returned again on Friday and were lucky to have the same waitress—once again, she went above and beyond. She generously comped our mocktails and even gave us a $20 gift card in case we needed to come back again. During such a stressful and emotional time, her kindness and compassion meant more than she’ll ever know. Being rushed to the city for a hospitalized family member is overwhelming, and this level of thoughtfulness was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated.“

“I’ve been coming to Montana’s South Common long enough that I’m basically part of the furniture at this point, and I have to say Logan is an absolute legend behind the bar.

This man doesn’t just serve drinks — he conducts the bar like a beautiful smoked-meat orchestra. Fast service, great attitude, funny, sharp, and somehow always makes you feel like you showed up at the exact right place.

I’m sure the other bartenders here are going to read this and be mad that Logan is getting crowned King of Montana’s South Common, but honestly, take it up with me next time you see me. I said what I said.

Food is always solid, drinks are cold, the vibe is good, and the staff always make it feel like a place you actually want to come back to. Logan especially is the kind of bartender who makes regulars stay regulars.

“I was waiting in the parking lot and seen the sign for Rockin Robyns so I decided to take a look at their menu. I can't believe how many options there were! I had a very hard timing choosing, but ended up ordering the perogies for pickup. The staff were so lovely and it came in a bag with a little packet of utensils, salt/pepper and napkin all in one. Once I got back to work I couldn't wait to dive in. Best perogies I've ever had! The bacon was still crunchy, and the spicy sauce they put on is brilliant! (It wasn't too spicy-just enough). Definitely will recommend to others and coming back again.“

“What a hidden treasure! Brought some friends in for the first time. Food was delicious and we got to try so many different dishes. Service was welcoming and friendly. We had reserved a table in advance and due to my friends' schedules, confirming the exact number of guests was a bit tricky. Staff were extremely accommodating - thanks to all especially Matthew!“

“We went to Continental Treat lastnight for our Oma’s birthday. And one of the reasons we picked this restaurant was it is 100% gluten free. My daughter (6) is celiac and we were able to attend, enjoy great food, and not worry about cross contamination at all. Thank you 😊 Food was delicious. “My husband and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary dinner here and had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional and each dish was full of flavour. I’ve never made calamari so I don’t know if it’s hard to get it right as I’ve had really tough and rubbery calamari. Sabor’s was exquisite and perfectly done. It was the best meal we’ve had. The staff were friendly, and professional. Our waiter was outstanding, very attentive and certainly competent. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Treat yourself and go.“

“I don’t know if it’s because of the construction, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet during lunch hour.

They have “all included” options on the menu, which was very nice and a rare find. The sourdough was served before we ordered food, that was a nice touch - and good quality too. I was going to get the beyond meatball option, but I thought the portion would be too big with all the sides, so I went for the lunch size.

The pasta was actually smaller than I expected, but it was alright. The quality is pretty good. They even come with a cheese grater when the it was served.

The environment is unique - it has a retro feel, and also very spacious.“

“This has been one of my favourite restaurants for a long time. Dinning in is always wonderful, but anytime I order delivery this is always my top choice. I already have them a great review on Google, but once again the management team never disappoints! From time to time people make mistakes, that’s life. But when the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right is a fading thing it seems, but not with JOEY mayfield common!! Twice now the management team has corrected the mistakes and offered great compensation for so. Like one of my favourite things when I order is that they throw in a free brownie. They missed it this one time and I called and she corrected on my next order. Thank you sooo much, the brownies are to die for 😍… you definitely hooked me up on this order too. Made me giggle 🤭. “I booked a reservation for our anniversary thru open table, but somehow it reserved a table - at the Prince George restaurant…after speaking to the manager, Stefan, he sat us in the lounge at a nice table by the fireplace, gave us a couple of drinks on the house, and had a great steak dinner, then got a delicious dessert( on the house)… I just want to thank Stefan, our server and the rest of the staff for making our night out a success… Taras Pyzyk“

“If you ever want to feel special or want to celebrate something, this is the place to do it. I have never felt so spoiled with such amazing service and complementary tiramisu (which was delicious btw). The server (Derek) kept my water topped up and was absolutely delightful. The food was just wonderful! They have an amazing mushroom festival and garlic festival. Sorrentino’s has been an amazing downtown restaurant as far as I can imagine. And this might sound silly, but as a woman, I love that they keep the temperature just right! I can wear a dress without freezing! I had such a wonderful night! Thank you!“

We had appetizers & drinks, lots of healthy Mediterranean options, humus was delicious. Highly recommend. I will certainly be back. They have a great patio as well at the 97 location.“

“We visited during a concert at the commonwealth stadium. Due to the high volume of people the service was really slow unfortunately the kitchen was overwhelmed. It took well over an hour to get served.

The cake they prepared was amazing! It turned out exactly how we were hoping and fit the venue and theme perfectly. Several of our guests even stopped us to ask where the cake was from and to say how beautiful and delicious it was.

I’ve also gone to Art of Cake for their high tea, and it was excellent. Honestly, the quality of the sweet and savoury treats was even better than the Fairmont.“

“My boyfriend & I love this place. I’m so thankful to be able to get delicious donairs again since finding out I’m Celiac. We usually order from SkipTheDishes and the owner remembers my partner at this point. He’s always been lovely and the food is so good. I’m about to order from here today also actually and noticed if you’re keto there seem to be keto-friendly donairs too! I really love the East Coast donair (gluten-free) personally and my partner loves the Maple donair which I’m pretty sure he also gets GF usually. He also loves the butter chicken poutine. I definitely want to try more foods here. My only struggle is I wish I could get gluten-free baklava. I see that there’s baklava but it’s sadly not gluten-free and it would be so nice one day to see a GF option for baklava there. I would buy so much. Thanks Prairie Donair!! “Today we had our Royal Canadian Navy Association Christmas luncheon in the Executive Room at the Chateau Louis Convention Centre. The room is lovely and the turkey dinner was fabulous. We have had different functions either here or at the hotel, and have never been disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help us, and we are so grateful. Thanks to you all!“

“The food was very good. Large portions. Service was phenomenal, except we were a table of 10 and weren't told until after everyone had already ordered that they couldn't split the bills. Their POS system is not 'capable' of doing that. I've never heard of that before. Very frustrating when you have 5 couples that just want to pay for their own food that they ordered.“
