“The food was very good, however the portion sizes are quite small for the prices. Went with a small group of 4, with a $400 bill and none of us were actually full when all was said and done. There was also a long wait between courses. I would recommend and would go back as the taste was amazing, but would plan better now that I know what we’re getting.“

Natea is a standard for customer service!!! She acknowledged and welcomed each of us, independantly. I adore that Natea made us feel like at home. At no point we felt rushed to place an order, neither she rushed us to eat/pay/go like some other places would do. She was very professional and provided recommendation on cheese selection for fetuccini pasta with beef bolognese sauce. She had a sincere smile on face every time we asked for something. Natea took the correct order, she did not make me repeat or clarify any part of the order. No additional or unnecessary questions during the order. I did not feel forced to leave a tip, like other servers do across the city by looking at debit machine, writing notes, etc. We also placed one order to stay and the other to go , both at the same time. “My brother gave me a gift card for my 50th bday... so decided to treat me and my friends. Upon entering, if you don't pay attention, you'll miss the front entrance... luckily we were able to find street parking...The decor is very minimal and modern, didn't realize there was an upstairs dining area as well... they have an extensive drink and wine menu but we stuck to water lol ... our server was very nice and knew the menu well... we shared the arancini appetizer and they were so good! I had the cacio e pepe, it was rich as our server had mentioned...however, I felt for $30, the dish could've had more! It's definitely a great place to go on a date or after work meal.“

The bar servers have such showmanship and so friendly especially Nahil. Stephano is the owner, he bakes all the bread (phenomenal!) in house, and ships in Italian products on a regular basis. The food was quality. Environment was tasteful and lovely. Service was beyond amazing (especially at the bar seats). Food presentation is eye candy and constantly stocked all evening.“

“We have been going to Sorrentino's Little Italy for many, many years. Half of our family is Italian, and they know Italian food! I'm no expert, but I feel as if it is an old school authentic, Italian restaurant.A lot of its appeal is that it kinda feels like you are in Italy. It isn't a shiny modern chrome & glitzy, fern-filled restaurant. And that is a big part of its charm. This is the original Sorrentino's. Go here for the atmosphere and the food. We have been to the newer Sorrentino's restaurants, and the food is great, but we strongly prefer Little Italy.The kitchen cooks from scratch; we often order from their specials, but we absolutely ALWAYS share a Cesar's salad. I look for their mushroom dishes, Linguine Pescatory also happens regularly. (If you go during their Mushroom Festival in the Fall, you will have one of the best meals in your life!)The prices are reasonable, and the service is wonderful. Plus, it is beside a great Italian grocery store.We have three favorite special treat (well worth the drive) restaurants. This is our hands-down favorite.The clientele is slightly older, kids are most welcome (but hot-dogs are not on the menu)!Highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: They have quite a good gluten-free corn pasta--and you can buy it at the Italian grocery next door.Parking: It isn't the best neighborhood. We are older and avoid going after dark. “I can’t speak on the atmosphere of the place as I only ordered catering. But the food was delicious! My small party enjoyed all the food with raving compliments the cesar salad was gone in a flash! The portions are a very good size I ordered 2 pasta dishes, salad and chicken and it served my party of 11 with plenty of leftovers (other than the salad). The staff were also great! I arrived at the restaurant the food was ready and hot 2 lovely staff members assisted with loading the food in my car. They say it feeds 10-12 adults but in our experience, it easily can feed about 20 adults with decent appetites. Only issue is that it's in a bit of a weird location and the last time our shrimp pesto pasta was a little soft, maybe overcooked as we prefer our pasta al dente. Overall still recommend this place and we experienced great service.“
