The Old Spaghetti Factory Reviews
Good and efficient service. Decent food. Reasonable price.
Caitlyn, our server was lovely and attentive. We do not go out very often anymore so this meal and service hit all the marks for our family outing. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere with the stained glass lighting and old wood beam work.
Nice place, very welcoming, the service is great, the price is very fair and they have a lot of options in the menu

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Downtown Edmonton offers an incredible dining experience with nostalgic Italian decor and hearty dishes. The restaurant can accommodate large parties with efficient and attentive service, making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The food is always fresh, with consistent quality at well-priced dishes. The Chicken Alfredo Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli is a standout recommendation, along with satisfying entrees like lasagna and chicken parmigiana. Customers appreciate the fast service, delicious drinks, and value for their money. The original streetcar in the restaurant adds a unique vibe, and the warm, cozy atmosphere feels like stepping back in time, enhanced by quirky antiques. A visit is not complete without trying the Spumoni ice cream, making it a wonderful spot for comfort food and a relaxed evening with family or friends.
The decor is beautiful, and the food is a great price for quality and quantity. The server, Stefan, was top-notch, ensuring customers had exactly what they needed. The manager, Kayan, is always sweet and takes extra care of customers. The server, Caitlyn, was great - funny and attentive. Customers highly recommend this location, but caution against the West Edmonton Mall location, which is reported to be filthy and have caused food poisoning.
