We had an incredible experience at this restaurant. They were able to accommodate our party of 40 people on a very busy Friday night. On arrival the area was all set up for us and servers ready!! The service was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. They were very experienced with team meals and worked so hard to meet every need and ask. Calvin the manager was so great and really knows how to lead his team. We were all very impressed with every detail. Well done Calvin and team. Next time we are in Edmonton, everyone has already requested that we go back!

Had outstanding service from a very nice gentleman(unfortunately cannot remember his name). I had the butter and cheese pasta and cannot recommend it enough; it’s delicious. My only complaint is that I had made a reservation, and while there were many other available tables, we were seated at the table right where the servers put the dirty dishes. There was theconstant noise of clanging dishes and it was hard to ignore. Other than that, we had a great time.

My recent visit to The Old Spaghetti Factory downtown was a delightful journey into comfort and flavor. Nestled in its charming ambiance, the restaurant exudes a nostalgic warmth that instantly sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The ambiance was further complemented by the attentive service and genuine hospitality of the server. I had the pleasure of being served by an asian server whose impeccable service truly enhanced my dining experience. She greeted me with a warm smile , very sweet and ensured that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my meal. Overall, this provides not just a meal, but an immersive best dining adventure that leaves you yearning for more!!!

❤️❤️❤️ It's still one of my favorite places to go for my birthday! I've been going since I was about 10 years old to this downtown location. Growing up, it was such a treat, and visiting again to celebrate with family hasn't changed in 35-plus years.Traditionally, I ordered the same thing, the lasagna, but this time, I changed it up and had the Manicotti - and wasn't disappointed at all. Was so good. Also tried the clam chowder soup for a change of pace. So good!I still bring home a portion of my main course, because after you fill up on bread, enjoy the included soup, and save room for ice cream (which is included in your meal as well) I am too full to ever finish my meal.Had a lovely time again, in such a pleasant atmosphere and of course as always the service was exceptional.❤️❤️❤️ whether it's with friends or family, celebrating an occasion, or in choosing a quiet and quaint place for date night, I highly recommend this place still.
Visited here on Jan 20 for a birthday party and dinner in the private room with bookshelves and wine storage. The ambiance is top notch and our waiter was very professional.
