About Bianco

Bianco provides a warm and inviting Italian dining experience with friendly and attentive servers. The atmosphere is stylish yet comfortable, featuring wood and brick accents that add to its charm. The pasta dishes are perfectly al dente, with rich, flavorful sauces, and the pizzas have a crispy crust with fresh toppings. The service is knowledgeable and ensures that each course arrives at the right time, making the whole meal enjoyable. The Carpaccio is a standout dish, with fresh beef, Parmesan, capers, and arugula that are perfectly balanced. Drinks are well-made, including cocktails like the cherry bourbon sour and Howard St. Smoke Show, which are highly recommended. For mains, the tagliatelle and campanelle aragosta are cooked to perfection, and the recommended Pinot Noir pairs beautifully. The restaurant’s interior is elegant, creating a refined European vibe, and the portions are very big. The staff works seamlessly as a team, providing excellent service that enhances the experience. While some flavors could be a bit stronger, the overall experience remains top-notch. The espresso martini is a perfect ending. Bianco is highly recommended for a memorable meal out, offering authentic Italian flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.

We had a great evening, with great food and great service! Thanks Bianco!

What a wonderful gem of a restaurant located in the heart of downtown. A restaurant that is full of character, amazing atmosphere and probably one of the best unknown patios in Edmonton. Our server, and I wish I remembered her name, was absolutely fantastic and made our whole night. We had an array of apps, pizzas, and pasta - everyone of them cooked to perfection. Edmonton should celebrate and get behind this restaurant - which is locally owned and run. Bravo Bianco… bravo!

Ordered a calamari and Linguine Al Nere, Calamari - the quantity is decent while the size of pieces are really small, it is a very crunchy batter and tasty dipping sauces. Love the squid ink pasta but disappointed by the all 3 bad (not fresh) mussels. Would have give all 5 stars but deductions due to mussel and very long wait for food.
