“We got into Edmonton Airport late from Mexico and were craving a good pizza. We ordered from Royal as they had good reviews and I am happy to add another one. They were very pleasant on the phone, and even mentioned we were able to receive a 10% discount because of our hotel. The food arrived in good time and it was piping hot and was delicious. The pizza was smothered in yummy cheese and had ample toppings, the cheese bread with meat sauce was so good!! The wings came crispy (sauce on the side) and were also very good. Highly recommend this place!!!“

“I have eaten here several times. The food is great and the service is 10 out of 10. I had a few beverages and they were very good. However they did a very nice gesture, and offered me a drink on the house, but the problem was I was drinking doubles and the free drink was just a diet pop. Not sure what they were pulling off there. I drank it anyway. Cheers“

“We've been ordering from this store nearly every week for a year. Tonight the pizza was late, cold, and had obviously been dropped before being delivered. I called the store and they said they would replace it. 90 minutes later there was still no pizza. Called again and the store said they couldn't deliver it and I had to pick it up. I told them I had it ordered delivery because I could not go out tonight or I would have done so originally and I would not have had a dropped cold pizza. I asked for a credit, not even a refund. The order was $28. They said they would give a $15 credit. They said I got the bottle of soda ($4) so fair enough, but that was still $24 I paid for a dropped pizza. They said they couldn't give credit for the delivery charge ($6), although it was due to the poor delivery that there was an issue. Even if I accepted that, which I don't, that still leaves $18. With this kind of customer service after a year of being a loyal customer, I will not be going back. There are other pizza options in Beaumont to try.“
