“We've been ordering from this store nearly every week for a year. Tonight the pizza was late, cold, and had obviously been dropped before being delivered. I called the store and they said they would replace it. 90 minutes later there was still no pizza. Called again and the store said they couldn't deliver it and I had to pick it up. I told them I had it ordered delivery because I could not go out tonight or I would have done so originally and I would not have had a dropped cold pizza. I asked for a credit, not even a refund. The order was $28. They said they would give a $15 credit. They said I got the bottle of soda ($4) so fair enough, but that was still $24 I paid for a dropped pizza. They said they couldn't give credit for the delivery charge ($6), although it was due to the poor delivery that there was an issue. Even if I accepted that, which I don't, that still leaves $18. With this kind of customer service after a year of being a loyal customer, I will not be going back. There are other pizza options in Beaumont to try.“

“Sorrentino’s is my favorite place to dine, the food is always great and the atmosphere and staff are wonderful. Had the greatest time at lunch in St. Albert with my brother who is a chef. We both had the chicken parm which was the best anywhere. Highly recommend for a dining experience. ❤️“

“Came here for a girls night on a Tuesday evening. From the moment we walked in we were treated wonderfully by the lady that would end up being our server. I apologize as I have forgotten her name, but she was the only server working that evening (September 8), and it looked as though she was training a future server. She was super friendly and knows how to do her job very well.

My friend and I got the calamari to split, which was delicious and not fishy at all. Highly recommend. I got the cacio e pepe and my friend got the gnocci. Both were delicious and well presented, but as other people have mentioned, the portion size is lacking.

I understand our pasta servings in the west are outrageously large compared to what proper pasta servings are supposed to be, however I think that the price should be reflected in the amount of food you receive, which in this case $29.50 for gnocci and $23.00 for spaghetti is quite steep. You also only get one refill for soft drinks which I have never experienced before, and at $5.00 I wouldn't expect a limit.

All in all I will be back as it was a great night out with lovely service and great food. I just think that in an economy where many people are being extremely picky about where they spend their money, restaurants should take their pricing and portions into consideration.“

“I have eaten here several times. The food is great and the service is 10 out of 10. I had a few beverages and they were very good. However they did a very nice gesture, and offered me a drink on the house, but the problem was I was drinking doubles and the free drink was just a diet pop. Not sure what they were pulling off there. I drank it anyway. Cheers“

“We got into Edmonton Airport late from Mexico and were craving a good pizza. We ordered from Royal as they had good reviews and I am happy to add another one. They were very pleasant on the phone, and even mentioned we were able to receive a 10% discount because of our hotel. The food arrived in good time and it was piping hot and was delicious. The pizza was smothered in yummy cheese and had ample toppings, the cheese bread with meat sauce was so good!! The wings came crispy (sauce on the side) and were also very good. Highly recommend this place!!!“
