We've been ordering from this store nearly every week for a year. Tonight the pizza was late, cold, and had obviously been dropped before being delivered. I called the store and they said they would replace it. 90 minutes later there was still no pizza. Called again and the store said they couldn't deliver it and I had to pick it up. I told them I had it ordered delivery because I could not go out tonight or I would have done so originally and I would not have had a dropped cold...read full review
