Boston Pizza Reviews
Had a great experience at Boston Pizza. The food came out fresh and flavorful, and there was a good variety on the menu for everyone. The pizza was excellent, and the appetizers were just as good. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being intrusive. The restaurant was clean, had a welcoming atmosphere, and made for a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of my go-to spots, and I’ll be coming back again.
Great deal $15 delicious lunch! Includes a main, a side, and a drink. Wanted low sodium so we got the Jambalaya without the Cajun spice and a Caesar salad and a coffee. I got the Asian salad. Loved the marinara sauce on the pasta and nice fresh salads. Our server Sarah was very nice and so was the Manager Ravi. Will go again!
My family and I came in on Saturday morning, and our server, Emelyn, was fantastic. The restaurant was extremely busy, yet she remained attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. Boston Pizza offers a variety of dishes, including wings, smokey mountain spaghetti, and unique pizzas. While food may sometimes be cooked to different levels of doneness, the service is generally friendly and attentive. Staff members like Kyle and Meghan J are recognized for their efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, such as vegan cheese and gluten-free options. Guests often experience friendly service, with staff like Brooke providing exceptional attention and always smiling. The restaurant has been part of the community since 1964 and features a cozy small-town atmosphere. The food is consistently good, and the bar area staff are polite and accommodating. Recent visitors appreciated the kindness of the staff, with one manager going out of her way to offer ice cream to a guest's grandma after a cactus cut, which was seen as a very thoughtful gesture. Another guest praised the service, noting a young server’s flexibility and proactive attitude in catering to three generations at the table, making for a great experience. Guests should be aware that undercooked dishes can sometimes cause issues later. Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, and service at this location are considered better than other Boston Pizzas in Edmonton, and many hope it remains unchanged.
