“I’ve been coming to Montana’s South Common long enough that I’m basically part of the furniture at this point, and I have to say Logan is an absolute legend behind the bar.

This man doesn’t just serve drinks — he conducts the bar like a beautiful smoked-meat orchestra. Fast service, great attitude, funny, sharp, and somehow always makes you feel like you showed up at the exact right place.

I’m sure the other bartenders here are going to read this and be mad that Logan is getting crowned King of Montana’s South Common, but honestly, take it up with me next time you see me. I said what I said.

Food is always solid, drinks are cold, the vibe is good, and the staff always make it feel like a place you actually want to come back to. Logan especially is the kind of bartender who makes regulars stay regulars.

“I have eaten here several times. The food is great and the service is 10 out of 10. I had a few beverages and they were very good. However they did a very nice gesture, and offered me a drink on the house, but the problem was I was drinking doubles and the free drink was just a diet pop. “Came here for a girls night on a Tuesday evening. From the moment we walked in we were treated wonderfully by the lady that would end up being our server. I apologize as I have forgotten her name, but she was the only server working that evening (September 8), and it looked as though she was training a future server. She was super friendly and knows how to do her job very well.

My friend and I got the calamari to split, which was delicious and not fishy at all. Highly recommend. I got the cacio e pepe and my friend got the gnocci. Both were delicious and well presented, but as other people have mentioned, the portion size is lacking.

I understand our pasta servings in the west are outrageously large compared to what proper pasta servings are supposed to be, however I think that the price should be reflected in the amount of food you receive, which in this case $29.50 for gnocci and $23.00 for spaghetti is quite steep. You also only get one refill for soft drinks which I have never experienced before, and at $5.00 I wouldn't expect a limit.

All in all I will be back as it was a great night out with lovely service and great food. I just think that in an economy where many people are being extremely picky about where they spend their money, restaurants should take their pricing and portions into consideration.“

“It is a bit more expensive here than other coffe shops. The beverages are par for the course, but the pastries are a bit pricy. Everything was really tastey, but this is definately a treat and not a place to regularly visit for me.
The parking can fill up quickly, but it is a cute building and the patio is quite nice.“

The fact that I (now 'we') continue to be clients of this fine establishment for over four decades pretty much illustrates how highly we regard this group of restaurants. 5.5 stars out of 5!!!“

The place is busy. You can tell the staff is sometimes tired or working hard to serve us when you go for pick-up. Still, our food comes out with care and handed to us gracefully. I meet the most unique people, have nice chats and never forget the memories.
The drivers that deliver, have the same demeanor as the staff inside. They come to the door humble and polite. I can't thank everyone enough over there.

“Well I have stayed at the Sawridge Inn in Edmonton quite a few times and generally speaking had a wonderful stay. Housekeeping was very accommodating, delightful and did their job very well as my rooms are always spotless. Maria from the dining area creates a Fantastic breakfast every morning...everything you could want is pleasantly and quickly provided with grace and professionalism. The front desk staff was ok but could learn to be more pleasant and helpful.

“I had the most wonderful experience having breakfast here . My severy JOY was able to accomidate my dietary restrictions as the contental breakfast could not meet it. She was very attentive providing an higher then average level of service.

The rest of the ladies greeted me each day with friendly banter making it a great start to the day.

Food off the menu was great , my only complaints is the free continental breakfasts food quality was a bit below average.... but being free its not that big of a deal.“
