“We recently attended the Mushroom Harvest event at Sorrentino’s in St. Albert and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. The seasonal mushroom-inspired menu was exceptional from start to finish.

We began with the wild mushroom soup and mushroom rolls, both of which were rich, flavourful, and perfectly showcased the freshness of the ingredients. For our entrées, I had the veal cheeks, which were tender, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavour. My wife chose the Pollo Ripieno, and it was equally impressive, expertly cooked and delicious.

The presentation of each dish was excellent, and the flavours throughout the meal were outstanding. Combined with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere, it made for a memorable dining experience. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend Sorrentino’s, especially when they feature special events like the Mushroom Harvest menu.“

“Great soup and sandwiches“

“After hiking for three days in Jasper, I decided to drive three hours straight to Edmonton for a coffee and a bite to eat. Why did I do that you ask? Maybe it was my adhd impulsiveness, or the fact that La Crema Caffe’s popularity has echoed all the way from Edmonton to Montreal. No matter the reason, I just had to drop by for a visit. When I arrived, it felt as though it was a home away from home. Very cozy and relaxing cafe, makes you want to grab the biggest book you’ve got laying on the shelf at home, and staying there all day reading. The staff were super welcoming and felt as though we had all known each other for a long time, sort of a friendly visit. I ordered the cappuccino and spicy tuna sandwich and oulala they better hide the recipe cause I was going to unleash my inner Plankton and steal that Krabby Patty formula it was so good, complements to the chef! I highly recommend this cafe to not just anybody in St. Albert, but in all of Edmonton. Bring your parents, your partner, your friends, your kids, heck even your neighbour, and do yourself a favour and order a drink and a homemade good, and prepare to unwind like never before. Will definitely be returning every single time I’m in the area and am already looking forward to that moment.“

“Gone to this location many times. Have always had a good experience, the food is always hot & made fresh. We are always warmly greeted & always thanked for coming in on our way out. The dining area is always clean & everything is always fully stocked.“

My order was reasonably priced, ready quickly, the young fella at the counter was polite, friendly, and efficient, pizza had adequate amount of toppings, and it tasted great! “Just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing service I had today when picking up lunch for my kids - I think it was the manager who assisted me. I explained that I was in to pick up lunch for my kids as I had forgotten to order their hot lunch before the cut off date. I was about to pay, and without asking or expecting anything of the sort, was offered a large discount (50%) because that was what they charge to the schools. Wow! Also, when I was waiting to be helped I also overheard the manager offering to honour someone’s coupon even though it had expired. I was very impressed and left there feeling like I needed to share. Kudos to wonderful customer service!“
