Such a great little hole in the wall spot! We ordered the #21 soup and #101 beef curry, and both were fantastic. The broth was effortlessly flavorful, rich, comforting, and delicious without being overly salty or heavy. The beef curry had the perfect amount of spice, tons of flavour, and fresh vegetables.

Saigon Restaurant is such a wonderful gem in St. Albert. Their Vietnamese food is absolutely delicious, and my personal favorite is their curry chicken soup. The broth is incredible — so flavourful, comforting, and made with such care. Their spring rolls are also a must-try!
