“A very cute coffee shop. It was pretty tight inside so on busier days you might not be able to sit. They have a nice patio space for when the weather gets warmer.I was mostly impressed by the pastries. A lot of attention and care went into making them and they were above what you’d get at your average cafe.“
“had a coffee date with a friend here and i loved this hidden gem! a cozy ambiance with minimalist design. i was surprised at how busy it was for a sunday afternoon but that goes to show how great of a place this is. will definitely be going back again to study and try out more menu items!“
“The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. All the cats are so chill, and love the affection and attention. The staff working the cafe were super friendly and great at explaining the process to enjoy the cats were treated with respect and safely. Also, the cafe itself had fantastic drinks! Although we cannot have a cat in our house due to a family member with allergies, it was great to support adoption by bringing the rest of my family to enjoy the kitties!“
“My best friend & I spotted this Cafe while driving and we went in today with my 5 year old daughter. The service we received was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Both individuals behind the counter were so sweet, helpful and pleasant. The food was amazing, the coffee & smoothie was super tasty and my daughter LOVES the gentleman behind the counter.. She felt spoiled and was so happy she drew them a picture. Thank you again!“
“BEST DONAIR IVE EVER HAD !!! just stopped here for lunch & I haven't had a donair this good since the late 80's early 90's it was how good I remember donairs tasting in this city when I was a kid on par with Charles Smart ! Amazing !!!“
“I love love the way this place is decorated with the unique drawn artwork. It’s so modern and artistic! Cool looking food and drink menu, complete with bubble tea. Staff were really nice and had lots of recommendations for our kids. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and they were quite sold out of items, it’s a busy cafe on the weekends so that tells you it must be a popular place with good food and drinks!“
“Duuude this cafe is such a vibe! They have smooth music goin', they have a place to play board games, they have cool knick knacks from local artists, and their caffeinated drinks have a kick. Their snacks are smooth, delicious, and I would come back just for the vibes.“
“I have been here a few times now and everything I've tried from their menu has been fantastic - cappuccino, tascalate, hot chocolate, mocha, and of course churros. I will come back again and again so that I can try more things! They also have a nice selection of mugs and pottery for sale from local artists.“
“Great selection of bakery and grocery items. I went for the Sourdough as I wanted to try it. It was delicious and lasted for a while - they only thing that eould have made it even better is if the bread would have had a crusty (like a French baguette) crust. It is a delicious compromise I can live with. Friendly staff and helpful answering questions. A great selection of some Dutch favourites, a neat coffee area to visit with friends, free parking around the strip mall.“
“Atlas Cafe is one of Edmonton's hidden gems. It's a very friendly and casual atmosphere. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the place is spotless. We went for breakfast and ordered a couple of traditional Eritrean dishes which we shared. I can't say enough about this place. It's worth a visit if you're looking something new.“
“Mille Grazie! Your food is always magnificent! Not only did you fit us in without a reservation on a busy weekend night, after I called the wrong restaurant; but you gave us a wonderful table with amazing staff! Very special mention to the Ceaser I enjoyed before dinner! Highly recommend it! May you have a wonderful 2024! You always make your guests feel like part of the family!“
“Order #1623, served by Natea. Wow ✨️✨️??!!! Fantastic and 10/10 customer experience, fresh ingredients & super delicious food, and extra positive and warm atmosphere inside. Natea is a standard for customer service!!! She acknowledged and welcomed each of us, independantly. I adore that Natea made us feel like at home. At no point we felt rushed to place an order, neither she rushed us to eat/pay/go like some other places would do. She was very professional and provided recommendation on cheese selection for fetuccini pasta with beef bolognese sauce. She had a sincere smile on face every time we asked for something. Natea took the correct order, she did not make me repeat or clarify any part of the order. No additional or unnecessary questions during the order. I did not feel forced to leave a tip, like other servers do across the city by looking at debit machine, writing notes, etc. We also placed one order to stay and the other to go , both at the same time. To go order was fresh & warm, safely stored, when we departed the restaurant!! Very tasty, italian style decorations on the food, prepared with fresh vegies and sauces, garlic bread is a must especially mixed with riccota cheese. This is a role model on how should restaurant do the business in Edmonton, fresh food, fast service, friendly and professional approach toward customers. Thank you, see you soon ????Dietary restrictions: Gluten free items are available“
“I love The Colombian! I normally go to the OG location in Glenora, but tried this location out for the first time. I liked the booths, although they are a bit of a commodity, and the abundance of natural sunlight. My go tos are the vanilla latte and avocado toast - both were scrumptious here. I also really appreciate the design and the quality of their to go cups.Quality coffee and food. Nice chill, laid back but classy vibe. Service is friendly but minimal.“
“Really really enjoyed stopping in there and talking to the person behind the counter the place felt inviting in a way you can't replicate in a chain restaurant had a cruller on a whim and was pretty impressed at how good it was at almost ten pm so you know if I showed up earlier would have been even “
“Bloom is, by far, the best cookies I have had. AND they are vegan which is even better. I picked up enough for my daughter's class for her birthday and all were happy and impressed. I also had their incredible berry and lemon scone just out of the oven. What amazing tastes all mixed together.Vegetarian options: The whole place is vegan friendly.“
“This place is great place to go as a downtown cafe and offers decent drinks and baked goods. I had the lavender and strawberry donuts and they were incredibly flavourful. The coffee here is not bad, but nothing to write home about. Would definitely come back as it is one of the better cafes in the area.“
“Such a special place that the community is so lucky to have. Between the friendly staff, and the reasonable coffee prices compared to other "third wave" cafe's, I find myself coming time and time again. Also the courtyard in the summer is an awesome addition.“
“This is a lovely spot for a cuppa coffee or a snack. The staff are very welcoming and always provide excellent customer service. It's the kind of local place that still has the nice charm of owners who care and wish to provide a nice experience to enjoy your cuppa with. Definitely not a Starbucks, but that's what makes this place shine like a star :P“
“Great place for groups, lots of parking, and great value! There was friendly staff that also taught us out to play some games even when they were at the end of their shift! Some games I recommend for groups of 6: hues clues, clovers, camels up, marrakechWe just had some drinks I tried my friend’s apple cider and it was yummy! My other friend loves the beer they recommended!“
“Google won't let me leave a second review for the same place. So I will just update my first one. I came here 3 years ago. Perfect burger then, the homemade bun is an unreal touch. 3 years later the same quality and consistency. This is the perfect modern version of a family run diner. Great coffee, great food, great vibe and location.Great job!“
“Arno’s fine French pastry is a hidden gem just off of Jasper Ave. My hubby and I go every once in awhile for their fresh croissants and pastries. Always fresh! Can’t forget the amazing cappuccinos and specialty coffees. It’s a small place but we love it. In the summer u can sit outside under the trees. The owner and staff are super friendly and kind. A warm welcome atmosphere.“
“My friend brought me here, and I loved it as soon as I walked in. The decor is beautiful and unique. We ordered the rose fog and banana cake. Both very tasty. I'll definitely be going back to try out more baked goods! Everything looked so delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so relaxing.Didn't get a photo of the food, but did I mention the beautiful decor....?“
“Wanted to try this new place and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing. Food was really wonderful, eggs perfectly cooked, really delicious. Very eager to return for lunch or dinner. A great spot!“
“The staff were super friendly and they made the drinks right in front of us. It was cool to watch them carefully put it all together. They had patience with me and my friend as we took a while to decide what we wanted to order. There wasn't a place to sit and hangout, but the atmosphere was really nice and the decorations give a nice vibe to the place. They also give you a lunch card that will save you money in the future if you go multiple times“
“When in Edmonton this is a great place to go and get a delicious European style croissant. Angie was the one to serve me and did so with such care. She asked where I was from and we even shared previous travel destinations. Very friendly service !Coming from Montreal where there are so many French bakeries around the competition is very fierce. That said Choccorant has a great recipe, and they seem to be doing quite well for themselves. I ordered a few boxes of croissants for a work event, and I even had a few myself during my stay. They are very delicious and crunchy and I think Edmonton is very lucky to have them make such a good version of the croissant.I would have hoped the sandwich would have been made with more care and finesse (the spreading of the cranberries and the generosity of the Brie and turkey. Alas, it’s all good.Parking: It appears there is a 10 or 15 minute parking voucher you can get from the machine which is great if you’re only going to be ordering something in and out. Otherwise, if you’re staying longer, you can pay for the appropriate time at the machine.“
“From the moment you walk in - the ambiance, the owners welcome, to the delightful variety of Halal/ vegan/gluten free options of morsels, and of course, the customer service that exceeds expectations. If you are in the area, or just want to have a wonderful dining experience.....go check out this amazing Cafe !!“
“Massive selection of shakes and other drinks and plenty of sandwiches to choose from and its real ingredients and a family run hidden gem. If you want garbage slapped together by people who don’t care, go to McDs etc… otherwise, come here and relax on the couches while they prepare one of their items that we always seem to enjoy- everything is a safe bet. It’s not complicated and not overpriced.“
“I love the food it's always incredible, and fresh serrentinos just are a generally very good Cafe type place with incredible coffies baked goods. One of the servers seemed to have a slight attitude problem?? but nothing is perfect I was happy and shall return ?. Also, they are a bit expensive, but I'll say it's leaning more towards worth it then over priced plus they have ? tvs so you can watch sports games read a news paper ? ? it's a nice location ? enjoy.“
“It is the kind of place that feels like a kitchen table where you can sit with friends and solve all the world's problems over an excellent cup of coffee and decently sized muffin. The cups don't match and neither do the customers. Prices are realistic and not breathtaking.“
“fresh healthy cafe is definitely one of my top 5 fave restaurants! i love the turkey pesto panini or spicy chicken panini and they never fail to make it absolutely delicious. fresh healthy cafe is both time efficient and healthy , the food is whole and filling (which i find important), overall just an amazing restaurant. i’ve been coming to this same ellerslie restaurant since september and go 2x a week without a doubt. the employees are almost better than the service and food as well. always friendly , positive and able to maintain a clean atmosphere. if you’re in need of a new staple place to eat , this is definitely the place to go!“
“We recently hired Fantasia Caffe & Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely unbelievable and was enjoyed by even our pickiest eaters aged 8 to 80. We received nothing but positive feedback and will definitely order from them in future. Highly recommend!“
“My son has an anaphylactic wheat allergy, it was refreshing to be able to go and get baked goods like "normal" people where we didn't have to worry about cross contamination or reactions! Everything was delicious and affordable for GF, especially the multigrain bread - best GF bread I've had - soft but not crumbly, non-gummy, and tasted how bread is supposed to. The service was also lovely. We will be back!“
“Lui-chis mobile coffee truck attended our wedding on September 17 and our guests are still raving about it a week later ! Shawn was amazing to deal with, the truck fits any vibe, the price is extremely reasonable and the drinks are amazing ! I highly recommend adding them to any event.“
“What a great little out of the way spot. First time here staff were extremely friendly. Places absolutely packed as I was leaving. I noticed through all the people there was even a piano in the corner. Place was electric with all the conversations. I can't imagine it having live music as well! Looking forward to going “
“The cappuccino and scone I had were very good. The barista behind the counter has phenomenal customer service, very kind and attentive with everyone. I also noticed her taking the time to clear plates and wipe tables despite being busy. I love and appreciate when people are putting effort into their job. Thanks Danielle!!“

“Beautiful place to have high tea! And fairly priced as well! The salmon sandwiches were great! Only downside was that myself and my friend felt a little rushed for our high tea session. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience! Thank you!“
“My first time and my girlfriend's second time here, we had the Capesante appetizer and Dolce Emma and the Rosso pizzas. Everything was very good. Dolce Emma was my favourite. Vibes were great. Music was tasteful and a good volume. Our server Harmony was great! Service with a smile and we were never left wanting for anything.“
“Came from Calgary for the day and was looking for a lowkey, local cafe for a quick breakfast. Mondo was exactly that, it was quiet, had a good space inside with seating and the staff was so awesome and friendly. Prices were very reasonable for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. When we were enjoying our breakfast the staff came around with some free little pastries for us to try! They seem to have lots of regulars which is always a good sign. Thanks!“
“My wife and I recently started eating more and more vegan options and we wanted to try restaurant quality food. We ordered out the nachos , mystery burger, brunch burger and our son got the Mac and cheese. We also got a chocolate chip cookies and two pieces of chocolate cake. My son and wife are lactose intolerant and get very sick from dairy so to find this place was amazing. Every bit of food we got was amazing. Our 9 year old son even loved his meal and he can be a picky eater. Thank you so much Cafe Mosaic“
“I live in the Pearl directly above the restaurant. I get food from here all the time. Pre-Covid I used to study here everyday. Great cafe, pizza and brunch type place. They also have a food truck which makes good wraps. Josh the owner is really friendly . He’s always doing creative things like arts night and arranged a special patio extension with the pearl condo. If there’s not anything on the menu for you just ask Josh he’s a chef with lots of experience. Oh and try the weekly pizza feature . Their coffee is from Columbian and they have a full cafe/latte setup. Draft Beer selection seems decent but I don’t drink.“
“You want to be here! Iconoclast is an excellent example of the vibrancy of the third wave coffee movement in Edmonton. 13 years ago I used to frequent Edmonton every weekend. However, I have not been in some time, and needed a great place for coffee and a snack to start my Saturday. Enter Iconoclast. This location in the historic Oliver building is something to behold. The space alone is one of the nicest places to sip a coffee in town. The historic building lives on and has been spruced up with an elegant modern feel. My latte was excellent and my wife opted for a really tasty quiche. While my kids and I had a tasty treat from Brio Bakery next door. The staff were very helpful and extremely courteous. This is a lovely space to take in. The room is bustling and the bar seating around the central bar is a great place to cozy up. The patio on is also a great spot to take in the morning sun. We loved our experience here and will definitely be back. Soon! You should head by too!“
“First time at the lovely bakery / cafeSmall and at the time of our visit , steady but low flow of customersThe vibe I got was caring , attention to detail , relaxing - with busy staffI just noticed a review that commented on the washroom, which seemed odd to me, as my experience was that it was a clean and well kept. When we left, we got a very warm and sincere Christmas greeting, which added an exclamation mark to my visit with old friends.“
“Surprised their Americano Misto isn’t better known on the 104 st area. I normally don’t finish the ones from other places from being burnt, etc. lots of flavour.Breakfast sandwich was fresh and well made too. Reminded me of the breakfast sandwiches at the little Brazilian place that used to be on 104 st.It was a perfect place for a morning break.Location was clean, open, bright, big windows, inviting and the owner very welcoming.“
“Tiny servings, but great quality. I loved the hot apple cider. The cafe is has nice homely feel to it and it's reasonably priced to play the games in their large collection.Parking: There is a paid parking lot just up the hill from the cafe.“
“A perfect lunch that hit the mark for our whole group! The staff immediately were friendly and helpful, even though the place was super packed on Sunday around 1130am. Helped seat us right away, got a high chair for our little one and directed us to the self serve water and coffee station. Which my kid loves being a server and getting everyone at the table waters (and making sure they were always full). The food was all amazingly presented and came out in good time considering how busy it was. We all loved the food and the plates were licked clean! The Breakfast Bowl was probably the best one- super filling and loved the variety. Having the whole thing baked just tastes like happy belly food. We also ordered the Crepe with Whipped cream - in the menu it says the bananas come with chocolate sauce but they were so nice when our kids asked for strawberries and chocolate sauce right away they said no problem and did it for us. I love the no hassle feeling with a small change. We also ordered a side of bangers and they were tasty but a little peppery for the kids (who are just fussy about their sausage but everyone else enjoyed them). The Gravlax Benedict was also ordered and super well enjoyed with the substitution for Latkes, highly recommended! Street parking here can be a little tricky but if you're willing to walk a bit it's not bad. Gender neutral washrooms, with pretty cool art too.“
“Went here for a morning coffee, and I wanted to try something different instead of Timmy's. Very relaxing atmosphere. I had a latte with a little artwork to top off the drink. I didn't try any of the desserts this time, but I will go back again to try “
“I love Farrow! I tried all of their menu and it's all great.Their sandwiches are harmonized with every ingredient and are so uniquely delicious. Before you actually try, It's hard to explain how good it is and guess how it tastes like! Moreover, staffs are so nice to my dog, so she loves to come here too!I'm glad Farrow's in my neighborhood :)“
“Well, I gotta say. Was a pinch skeptical about getting a Donair here. I had a preconceived notion about what I was about to eat.Lemme tell ya. The Donair I had ranks right up there. Nice portion (for me). Nice spice and moist meat … dam, that was a good Donair and I consider myself a Donair guy.Employees were top notch as well. Very niceI’ll definitely hit this place up again if I’m ever in the neighbourhood.“
“Absolutely amazing, the food is top tier, the ambiance is perfect, a small welcoming place, but by far the service is outclassed by none, highly highly recommended. Ps the hot sauce is absolutely delicious, flavourful while still having a good kick.“
