As an amateur home barista who’s tried a large proportion of the cafes/roasteries across the city, I can say this cafe is one of the only few in the city that can properly pull a shot of espresso. Milk steaming was 4/5, but the temperature was right! You’d be surprised how many cafes burn their milk.Also that bagel and cream cheese was something else. (Got everything bagel and herb/garlic cream cheese)
Stopped in here for a London Fog and it was very good. I had planned to meet a friend here for a sit down and catch up, but unfortunately had to leave because there wasn’t seating for me. There are three regular tables and chairs (which were all full) and ample bar style seating along the window (I can’t sit on tall chairs due to back problems). Despite the lack of seating it’s a cool spot and I’d go back for sure.

Such a special place that the community is so lucky to have. Between the friendly staff, and the reasonable coffee prices compared to other "third wave" cafe's, I find myself coming time and time again. Also the courtyard in the summer is an awesome addition.
