Got one of their top 8, Boba Milk Tea and Oolong Mango with double tapioca.
Their bubbleteas are cheaper than other bubble tea places I find and they still have a premium taste.
Their pricing ranges between $5-$7 which I find is a good deal compared to other bubble tea places that charges almost $8 and that’s without tapioca.
Good atmosphere inside the store as well, clean and well kept.“

I got the hot Hong Kong milk tea and it was delicious but they do have dairy free alternatives for those lactose or casein intolerant. Friendly owner and good service. A good chill spot for students or couples looking for a late night snack or drink (hot or cold). Food was pretty much microwaved though and not really appetizing at all; the rice rolls were rubbery. Id rather he had fried it.

Very generous serving size in the noodle dishes, we each ordered a dish and drink and left with leftovers for under $50. Cute little bubbletea spot and we ordered in advance as there was a 5% off when you order $15 or more, so why not.
Added crystal balls on top of the tapioca(pearls) that came free with the drink and the crystal balls came in a separate cup, sealed. Not sure if it’s suppose to be like this or if it’s suppose to be added in the drink.
Other than that, the drink tasted great. Ordered the Taro Cloud and Matcha Froth Delight.

We have been customer for a very long time and it seems the quality of drink is really getting worse now. Since Co Co changed the plastic cup to paper cup, I noted the amount of tapioca is significantly less than before even when I pay for extra tapioca. As we can no longer see the content inside, I feel we only get half as what we typically get before. Today the service is even to another level, all 3 drinks ordered were make wrong. I got my daughter’s drink with the toppings I paid, while she got my drink with the topping she ordered. And another panda drink has no tapioca at all. I am glad we have more choices of pearl tea in the city now so we can find another store that offers better quality of drink.“

Love the device that seals the drinks.However, even with the pointy end of the straw I wasn't able to pierce the top. Had left the mall and was at a park so it wasn't like I was nearby and could get another.From what I did taste, it was sweet and tasty. They offer a great selections of bubble teas. I specifically got the Milk Green Tea with tapioca and my wife got the Matcha Mango Pearl Tea.
They are both our go to whenever we get GongCha. It’s got the right amount of tea in it, not too strong and not too bland either.“

“Bubble teas are good but for me this place is all about their burgers. A fantastic smash burger, great sauce, soft toasted buns with their own touches like crispy griddled cheese slices. Smashed thin with crispy lacey edges. These guys really were inspired by the best, think shake Shack, in and out and it shows. And just like those guys, you can customize the burgers a bit, more patties, no problem. Brisket tacos were excellent. Will have to try the chicken and birria tacos next time. Fries were great, golden delicious, thin cut like McDonald's. Get a side of space sauce (mayo based is my guess) to dip everything in. The burgers are not huge, if you like thick pub style burgers this is not for you but if you know and are in to smash burgers. This is the place for you. Service is same as any other fast food place and even has the self serve kiosk if you prefer that. Price is reasonable and for the quality you get but you're gonna want 2 burgers or a burger and some tacos with some fries. Worth the trip.“

“Have been here a couple of times, the wait times depend on the days. If its busy its long wait time, it is in a food court in a shopping mall, so we know how long we should expect. The taste is amazing with a lot of selections, you can choose to add on for toppings for extra cost, choose ice and sugar level, same as other bubble tea places. Service is not much to comment on as you dont get bubble tea at a food court expecting any level of service. But if they could put on a smile, it would be nicer. Price is slightly higher than an average bubble tea place, but it is located in a mall, rent is expensive.Overall, would definitely recommend this place as the taste is amazing if you know what you like. (Personally love the cheesecake ones, especially taro cheesecake, didnt like the black sugar pearl) I would suggest dont line up if you know that it is going to be a long wait and you aren’t willing to wait. Or just buy food from another place while you wait, so its more worth your time.“
