“One of the best cold brews I have ever had in my life. It’s soo smooth with some fruity notes and chocolatey notes and not a single hint of burnt flavour . That thing is a nectar. Please never change that recipe and you found yourself a regular. Shout out to the baristas working their ass off to make it happen.“

The girls both provided a friendly service.

The Olive Oil Orange loaf was moist and not too sweet, but nothing extraordinary. I may not order it again.

“A friend and I went to Candid Coffee Roasters this morning and were so glad we did. I am a latte lover and had the best latte ever! Also a couple of stroopwafels. So yummy. (Be sure to have them lightly grilled.) Going back tomorrow with hubby.“

“If you’re going through menopause and running an internal radiator, this cafe is a nice, cool place to work from. Just a heads-up: if you have a sensitive bottom, you might want to bring a cushion for the hard wooden seats! Great spot overall with awesome, friendly service, and a wonderful variety of coffees, teas, and drinks. The food is tasty (avocado toast is $12).“

“The one and only complaint I have is that they sell decaf. Bonnie saved my life today. I switched our subscription temporarily as we were going through more than usual, and when I switched back I somehow chose decaf. Decaf!?! It just isn't sustainable make-go juice. I emailed right away to see if we could exchange it after it arrived, but Bonnie managed to switch it out for me just in the much of time before Canada Post got there. Life. Saver. Ever since we've started using Transcend beans, other coffees just don't taste the same. It's definitely the favorite in this home. I haven't had a roast I don't like yet!“

“This place is so vibey! I came to shoot some photos at the Confusionaires album release show, and I was really drawn in to the retro decor and great sound. It made for a really fun show!“

Amazing service and extremely friendly staff. The latte is awesome as well as their options for drip, pour over and espresso.

Their food menu is small - but very good. The ham and cheese croissant is my favourite !Besides - it’s a cafe/roaster… I come for the coffee, the rest is a bonus.
