I go to The Columbian every time I am in Edmonton for work. (a few times a month)
Amazing service and extremely friendly staff. The latte is awesome as well as their options for drip, pour over and espresso.
Their food menu is small - but very good. The ham and cheese croissant is my favourite !Besides - it’s a cafe/roaster… I come for the coffee, the rest is a bonus.
Can’t wait to be back!

Neat place with great coffee and good food as well. Had the latte and turkey sandwich, both of which were delightful. Service was great as well - I was greeted upon entering and was given water at my table without asking. It was a nice quiet atmosphere for a weekday morning stop by - would recommend and go back.
