Stopped in for blizzards, excellent customer service and the locations was clean! Blizzards were great!
Me and my family went and got Dairy Queen More specifically we went for ice cream treats. When we went up to the window, we were handed our ice cream and the staff accidentally misheard us and gave us the wrong ice cream that we paid for. The ice cream that we wanted cost significantly less than the ice cream we got. After explaining the miscommunication and seeing how upset the person was about getting the wrong ice cream.
