Ordered the garlicky bites, on the menu it says it comes with 1 dip and the woman at the counter refused to give me the dip I showed her where it says it comes with a dip and she still refused I will never go to bonnyville pizza hut again

This is how my pizza arrived while I was staying at the Bonnyville Neighborhood Inn. Called for a complaint, they sent another. Showed up quickly and in good shape. Not sure if the delivery bag was dropped, most likely the driver took a corner too fast or hit the brakes and dumped the pizza off the seat. Was originally gonna give a 1 star but considering they sent me another within 30 min. So I'd give 3.5 stars

Really really slow and food was terrible and cold Waited almost an hour to get it delivered Really disappointed
I ordered a pick up order including a chicken Caesar salad. Got home to find no chicken with my salad. That's fine, mistakes happen. The real problem was when I called to tell them and the Philipina answered and continued to talk over me, and told me I'm wrong and there is nothing they will do about it. Bullshit! I'm driving 10 minutes to argue but will avoid this place from now on!
