I will begin by saying the pizzas that were correct tasted amazing!
However, almost everything else about the experience was just about as bad as it can get service wise. Ordered online 25 minutes prior to pick up. Arrived just after the 25 minute mark and talked to the lady. She did not have my order even started. Tried to tell me she just received it, but then admitted it came in when I originally ordered....so asked us to come back in 20 minutes...we had some other stops to make so we went and did those. Arrived back in about 30 minutes and pizza was ready. When I ordered I left a tip online but was paying on pick up (thank goodness) and refused to pay the tip with the delay. Lady tried multiple times to get me to pay with tip but finally adjusted the total. What also occured as I'm paying she tells me you don't get XL pizzas for the price online so you only get large!!!! I'm already over it at this point so took the pizza and left. We leave and finally get to eat. Immediately realized 1 of the 3 pizzas was wrong. So try to call 3 times....won't answer....go back to the store....lady tries to tell us it's our fault....I have a copy of the order...not our fault....then proceeds to get upset with us because of the amount of toppings for the price....ITS THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM.....I ordered what it let me and THEIR SYSTEM SETS THE PRICE.....she basically tells us that we shouldn't have ordered that and should have paid more and go to another pizza place....my wife never even got upset with her while explaining and in fact tried to tell her the pizza was great, but was wrong (wrong pizza wouldn't have mattered even except it was to be vegetarian....the wrong pizza was full of meat). So next thing we know she is pulling $20 out of this till and basically telling us to go away... and that we were stressing her out....refused to make the correct pizza so we left with the 2 correct ones ( which again are really good). As we left we noticed that the place has a for sale sign in the window. My recommendation is stay far far away until new ownership is in place.

DONT ORDER ONLINE!
The online prices are different than the instore prices. They wont start an online order until you come in and pay the difference. They also never have Pop or Dips so buy those either.
Imagine how dissappointed I was when I went to the place. Expecting to pick up a hot quality pizza and they havent even started it until they get more money.
I would suggest this is illegal bate and switch.
The woman there also was "You need to pay more or do you not want it?" The pizza is already paid for online... yes I want it please. Here is the Extra money!

Delivery is terrible, takes an hour and then they forget something so it takes another hour. Never open, nobody ever picks up the phone either.

I've never had an issue with this place until today I called and ordered pizza for delivery and waited over an hour than I called back and the staff said she went there herself and nobody answered. I love in an apartment she went too a house witch I doubt she went anywhere I've never had an issue like this before anywhere I've went and ordered food from other than now
