“I'm surprised to say this is my first time at Wasana Resturaunt. Me and my family had a good selection of food, and it was all good. I have to say, the 2 things that stand out about Wasana resturaunt is the service and the food, the food is amazing, out of all the Asian Cuisine in Brooks, it's clear that Wasana takes the preparation and quality of the food they serve you more seriously. The meat is tenderized well, and flavourful, and it has a real, hand made feeling. The server, was also incredibly kind, and always kept you topped of on water. At the same time, he suggested we get smaller portions, instead of up-selling us, because the portions are quite large. If you have not been here before, I suggest you try it, as I believe there is something for everyone. I'm also proud to say this earns the coveted thetellyou 'Hidden Gem' Award from me.”

“Dropped into Papa John's for the first time in 7 years living in this town and can't believe I've been missing out on their Pizza's. I'm a huge Donair lover so I tried the Donair pizza with the stuff crust.The pizza was pretty tasty the only thing that could be better is if there was more meat. So next visit I'll have to order double the meat or maybe triple. The sauce is nice and thick and is the sweet sauce. The owner is very nice and the customer service is great.They have tons of options for pizza and sides. Highly recommended trying Papa John's Brooks if your looking for dinner or lunch ideas.”

“If you are looking to try something new this is the place. I got to enjoy a nice hot bowl of Wonton Soup and Spring rolls.... hand made ones too! I highly recommend stopping by as they have over 33 different menu options.”

“The best sushi we have ever had. There is no sushi restaurant that we have been to over the years that has the same quality. Be warned...some of the rolls are huge but so worth it.”

“Went to PD’s for supper tonight with my husband. We had THE Clubhouse Sandwiches and My husband said it’s the best sandwich in town by far! A few weeks ago I had lunch here and ordered the Beef Dip, BEST Beef Dip I’ve ever had. We will back again and again! Friendliest owner, fast fresh food! Highly Recommend you try them if you haven’t already. I’ve heard nothing but raves about his Turkey Dinner Buffet and his Prime Rib Dinner Buffet as well, can’t wait to try them.”

Bowls of rice are rounded and topped to the brim.However the green tea in a pot ($2.50 per person small cup) was not at all fragrant and there's only one teabag for one teapot (adding another bag didn't solve the problem). Not sure if it's because of the brand or lack of freshness, but not a good recommendation from me.”

“Service at Ami Tea has always been amazing every time I visited (once every week :D). In addition, the variety of choices that we could pick from the menu is endless. My favorite so far is Ami Creme Caramel Panda, it's delicious. Vietnamese Sub is the best sub in Calgary I have had.”

“Pita pit was clean. Staff was friendly, order was made correctly. Probably the best, quickest, and healthiest option in brooks. Would highly recommend and of the pitas with chicken.”

Other businesses in that strip mall do not allow shoppers to use their washrooms. We won't be returning to Workwear. VERY Kind people at this place trying to make a go of it.”
