Good food, service, and all around. Is this the best Tim's location though? No.
Had a great experience today at this location while passing through! Part of my order had been missed and my number was no longer on the screen as if it had been completed. I brought it to the staffs attention & it was quickly rectified. They were very kind & apologetic, heated up/remade items that had been sitting to ensure everything was fresh & hot… they even gave us an extra hash brown for the mixup. The Brooks Bandits team has praised the friendly staff, including Shirley, for their donation of free coffee and pastries for the team's board meeting.
