“Had the el pastor tacos, flavor was good but wished they were spicier and used fresh pineapple instead of canned. Price was expensive for the small portion you got. Would get again if price was lower or portion size was larger and if they used a spicier sauce and fresh pineapple. Service was fast and friendly.”

“I've been coming to this A&W for 5 years now, mostly in the mornings, and it never disappoints. Their breakfast is reliable and exactly what I need for a quick, satisfying start to the day. The poutine is great too! Whether I'm grabbing something on the go or sitting down to relax and eat in, it's always a comfortable experience. A consistent spot I keep coming back to.”

“We were there in town for pheasant hunting, and we stopped in here for supper with our crew. The service was a little slow as I think they were waiting on the evening server to arrive. Very friendly staff, the food was great and the beer was cold. We'll certainly be back.”

“I love the food from this place. Every time I visit my family in Taber, I MUST get a burrito and asada fries from Ranch Viejo. I wish we had a place as good as this in Calgary, but all the Mexican places in the city either all suck or are too expensive. that's okay, I just treat myself when l come to Taber 😅”

“Dropped back for a Third time and what experience we had. The Food once again was great and the level of service from the staff was top notch. Especially Ivy she was very good at looking after us while we enjoyed our meal.
My wife and I stopped back for a second time to get some supper.
My wife enjoyed the buffet and myself I ordered a couple items off the menu. The service is very good here nice and friendly and approachable. I've been to a lot of Chinese food restaurants in Alberta and haven't had much luck finding an actual egg roll like the ones from the East coast. Well look no further I've finally found some... Here at the Hong Kong Restaurant. I would highly recommend dropping by and giving them a try.”

“The food was excellent, Pasta is all about the sauce, I ordered the lasagna and my dad had pizza, they were delicious. Service was great, Bri was very friendly and checked in to make sure we were good with perfect timing. Highly recommend for a nice casual experience. Zero problems.”

“Came for lunch with my grandpa, this is by far the cleanest, nicest location there is . The staff who helped us today were absolutely wonderful. The young man at the till went above and beyond for customer service, which for myself growing up in business, was extremely pleasant and wonderful to see. He is a very kind hard working man, his name is Kishan , he is excellent ! Will be back to this location specifically because of him!”

“The guy making my sub definitely cared about the preparation of the sandwich. He was kind of quiet, but he was also really friendly Once I figured out that he’s a little quiet, asking a couple questions helped with the shyness. Even if it is a relatively new location, the place was spotless (imagine that word; “spotless” in all caps). The counters, food prep area, floors, tables, windows, drink dispenser; the whole shebang…spotless. We’ve been without a clean and decent Subway for some time now. Awfully cool for Subway to come back.

I almost forgot this, but they were pretty well out of soup. I stopped in around 8:30PM, so in the deepest darkest recesses of my mind, I fully understood that they might not have had any soup left for the remainder of the day…about 45 minutes left until closing time. If not getting soup turns out to be the worst thing that happens to me today, I’m pretty confident that I’m going survive and be just fine.”
