They say they are 100 canadian beef and they are not. They say when they can't get it in Canada they out source it. Lies we are the beef capital 2 meat packing plants in their town and I seen the box with my own eyes and it was from Australia a family member worked there a couple years ago. Wendys on the other hand gets their beef right from the meat packing place in town. A and W needs to buy Canadian only beef!

Nicely decorated...but over priced, certain long term morning staff are like cartoons-bitchy...bubblegum snapping...classless...potty mouthed,globs of off putting make up,NOT A PROFESSIONAL image...more fitting to a 1950's roadside greasy spoon truck stop.Perhaps a rethink having THAT as a front person should be considered.

Very disappointed as wanting to purchase Buddy Burger Bundle. On t.v. The ad gives you the impression that you get 2 bundles for $6.00. Not true you only get one. I feel this ad is false advertising and needs to be looked at

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst A&W I have ever been to. The staff is so loud shouting at customers across the restaurant. Instead of serving you forgotten food on a tray they handed to you. They are unable to communicate in English, they messed up our order three times and then gave me cheese they missed on a napkin. I will never go here again. The staff you have working will run this business to the ground.

Just watched a female supervisor personally charge an employee for an order she made a mistake on. Not sure when that became legal. Oh wait, it’s not legal. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe time for a change in management.
