“Well I ordered 6 cheeseburgers, which are more money than regular hamburgers, and not a single burger had cheese on it. Super disappointed. I wouldn't have minded much if I didn't pay extra money to add cheese. I didn't notice til I was already on the road so I couldn't even go back and correct my order (we're from out of town). The toilets could have stood a clean as there was poop smeared on the bowl I was using, and the whole restaurant smelled like old pee but that could've just been because of the way Brooks just is. We were just travellers after all. However, to what appeared to be the manager, was SUCH a sweetie. He asked me before I left to taste my coffee to see if it was good and I said it could stand to be hotter so he made me a fresh cup. No one's ever done that for me before so it definitely didn't go unnoticed. For that, I'll give a 5 star for service.“
