The donair was amazing, worth the stop by here to try. We got recommended to come here from the lady in Boston pizza that said they had amazing donairs. Also tried the chicken with garlic sauce and the sauce with the chicken was perfect. Moist juicy chicken not over cooked on the rotisserie. Employee was very friendly and made sure the order was how we wanted. 5/5 will be back again, keep up the amazing service and food.

Visited fritou yesterday, was craving fried chicken. The employee told us they don't have anything on the menu? What ?? All the had is donair but dint saw donair being cooked at the back? How old was the donair which you would have served us?You got nothing one the menu? How are you operating with nothing to sell?

Definitely not a top quality donair place. Hygiene is poor, I’ve gotten sick eating here on multiple occasions. I’ve tried multiple items on the menu which were always a hit or miss. If you’re looking for authentic shawarma and donairs then this is not even close. The quality of their food and service is inconsistent, not to mention long wait times.

This place was so nasty. They have a outbreak with ants crawling everywhere in the restaurant. All over the walls, floors, tables. Just horrible
Delicious food and great service! Was working in Brooks on a construction job and the guys on site were raving about this place! Very kind staff and huge portions, definitely have to stop by and give this place a try!

Called around 630pm to place an order. Was told when I called that only donairs would be available to order, nothing else on the menu would be available as they were closing right away. (Website states that they are open until 9pm)Picked up my order of 2 donairs, and when I got home, quickly realized that the orders were both wrong. This is a business that is lacking in customer service, and doesn't seem like they want people's business at all. They certainly don't strive to keep their customers happy.

Stopped in here was craving a donair. There was nobody in this place and I went to order a donair and first off the lady said they only have big or jumbo donairs so okay I’ll get a jumbo one. So I said that and she was ready to take my money. I asked about toppings on my donair and they said they had nothing to put in them. Which seems pretty lame so I did not order anything.

Maybe I hit them on an off day, but they didn't have anything.... No chicken for shawarma, fries, or even lettuce. The garlic sauce was good but definitely questioned how long it had been sitting out.... Sorry but I won't be back to this place
