The owner is friendly and the food is fantastic!! The only reason I rated the atmosphere slightly lower is because they're currently upgrading, and I look forward to seeing how things change. The menu is small but it makes it easy to pick what to eat. Chicken stew and beef stew with rice and potatoes (as pictured) were incredible and filling. The tea is a great way to finish off dinner.
