Went to Brooks for a business trip and one of the locals said that Maple Lounge & Grill was a good spot. I generally prefer to hit up local spots, so I decided to go for dinner and got myself the chicken biryani. Very good, very flavourful, good use of spices, and the butter chicken sauce it came with on the side was an excellent complement. The dinner was good enough that I decided to get the baked yogurt for dessert, and that was tasty. Decided to come in for lunch the next day since I was heading out, and got the chicken wrap with crispy chicken and caesar dressing. Great lunch. In my opinion, the biryani was better than the chicken, but I wasn't going to eat a medium spice level biryani just before a five hour drive back home. And no, I wasn't going to settle for mild.
Overall, excellent place to go to for a meal and reasonably priced. Food takes a little more than what you might be used to, but I feel that's because they take the time to properly make everything, so I felt it was worth it. Only real criticism was that it was a little chilly inside when I was there.
