We have been traveling for 2wks now, and my most favorite breakfast is McDonald's. So guess what we have had alot of breakfasts. There was not one good experience either food missing wrong order cold old and stale. Until this morning in Brooks Alberta. The service was friendly fast was able to understand the server we had. Most of all we got ALL our food it was hot and toasted to perfection, even coffee was fresh and stirred. Thank to the crew that worked the morning of Sunday August 17/25 @ 9:30am Nice to see a crew that takes pride in what they do. Awesome work. 5 stars from us.

Just once I would love it if Macdonalds could get the lettuce IN the sandwich.

We went through drive through and after we payed they said we never ordered and refused to give us our food unless we paid again because it wasn’t in their system. They refused to check cameras or receipts saying we payed and said either they double charge us or we get no food.

This is the first time I’ve seen such a dirty McDonald’s anywhere in Canada, no matter where I’ve been. There’s no toilet paper in the bathroom, everything is dirty. You can usually wait 10 minutes for a coffee, and you’re the only one waiting for the order. The wrap falls apart, the paper tears.

Cristy is bad server she doesn’t listen she ignores the customers and she yells at everyone she needs to do better!! I can’t believe she’s a manager 😡😡😡

We waited at the order box for no less than 8 minutes, watching them take other peoples orders who got there after us. We finally pulled up to the window to order there, since it was clear nobody was going to take our order at the speaker, and staff was quite rude. Didn’t even get a smidge of an apology.
