The last few time I would go to grab breakfast early in the morning their system is conveniently down and only accepting cash and if that isn’t bad enough their wait times are horrendous to get your food then 50% of the time after the wait they still get your order wrong

They deserve some credit as it was the first time I've ever had every single thing in the order be wrong. That takes unique talent. I recommend you just tell them the number of items you want in the bag and hope for the best.

Well I ordered 6 cheeseburgers, which are more money than regular hamburgers, and not a single burger had cheese on it. Super disappointed. I wouldn't have minded much if I didn't pay extra money to add cheese. I didn't notice til I was already on the road so I couldn't even go back and correct my order (we're from out of town). The toilets could have stood a clean as there was poop smeared on the bowl I was using, and the whole restaurant smelled like old pee but that could've just been because of the way Brooks just is. We were just travellers after all. However, to what appeared to be the manager, was SUCH a sweetie. He asked me before I left to taste my coffee to see if it was good and I said it could stand to be hotter so he made me a fresh cup. No one's ever done that for me before so it definitely didn't go unnoticed. For that, I'll give a 5 star for service.

Management needs to get it together, they rarely have drinks and ice. Here today, no pop, smoothies but they did have ice! How difficult is it to keep your location stocked with what you are supposed to sell!

Went through the drive through in brooks McDonald’s at 8pm this evening to order a smarties McFlurry to then be asked three times by the lady who’s taking my order what I wanted and her response was we do not sell that we only sell Oreo. Which I knew was a lie so I just ordered a cheese burger instead so I drive to the next window to pay and asked the guy do you sell smarty McFlurrys and he said yes of course.

I don’t understand why there’s such a huge language barrier at these fast food chains it’s just terrible customer service when simply asking in English for a McDonalds order order.

My order was 864. First they make me wait for half an hour. Then they said they don’t have everything bagel. Then they give me the order and missing happy meals. I asked where are my happy meals?! They give me the boxes and asked to check. It had toys. We get beck in the car go on the highway and we are missing pancakes and apple slices. I called the store. They said they will give me free meal in their store next time. I don’t need a free meal! I live in Calgary. Very frustrated.
