Walked in and made an order on the kiosk. After seeing my code come up and get my receipt I waited for my food to be made. They were taking longer than usual which is fine. They ended up serving my number to make their times look better than they were doing. I then watched them take my order than hand it off to the drive thru window. I was tee sure if I was correct but right after a woman came in with my bag that had my order number on it and complained about the wrong food. They then gave her, her correct order and re bagged my food. When I got my food I took it out to my car and the food was quite cold. Very unhappy with the service here.

The girl at the front counter gave me the wrong change her name is Marley, I gave her a 50$ for my junior meal that was 9 dollars and she only gave me 30$ instead of 40$ they took 10$ from me🥲 get better people at the front counter pls

I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and their claiming I only paid for 1 and told me I had to pay again for another one, I’m a single mom with 3 kids and they had to share that. With this economy it’s so hard as it is, and I still paid for the other one when I could have had 3 for all 3 kids.

I ordered one breakfast sandwich and a small coffee. The sandwich came quick but I was waiting 20 minutes for the small coffee. The staff said they would get me one and I watched them make a few orders before asking where mine was. when they finally figured it out the coffee was just sitting behind the counter no longer hot.
Bathrooms were clean but the service was pretty bad.
Highly disappointed, like really frying a fly in the oil with fries so disgusting and unhygienic. Will never go back again to this store

I had a good experience at this McDonald's overall. The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and polite. However, not everything was perfect. The ice cream machine was broken, which was disappointing, and the self-order kiosk ran out of receipt paper. Still, the place was clean and service was nice, so I would come back again.
