I had a good experience at this McDonald's overall. The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and polite. However, not everything was perfect. The ice cream machine was broken, which was disappointing, and the self-order kiosk ran out of receipt paper. Still, the place was clean and service was nice, so I would come back again.

We have been traveling for 2wks now, and my most favorite breakfast is McDonald's. So guess what we have had alot of breakfasts. There was not one good experience either food missing wrong order cold old and stale. Until this morning in Brooks Alberta. The service was friendly fast was able to understand the server we had. Most of all we got ALL our food it was hot and toasted to perfection, even coffee was fresh and stirred. Thank to the crew that worked the morning of Sunday...

My food came up quickly, and the food was hot. Server was friendly.
Til service was a little slow as someone was waiting for change. Unfortunately, I was there when school was out. It's a hangout for kids. I found it to be loud inside. The drink station was crowded with kids. Great place. For me, I was sore and tired, in the middle of a long drive. It was refreshing to see the kids though.
