We used to come to this restaurant pretty often and usually enjoyed it - especially during their Wing Wednesday promo. But after our recent visit, we wonât be coming back.
We came fairly early around 7:00pm craving some wings. we werenât even super hungry, just wanted to enjoy a few chicken wings and hang out. The place wasnât super busy, yet it took around 30â40 minutes before someone took our order. When they finally did, we ordered 24 wings and drinks (a water and a Caesar).
Then, after all that waiting, we were told they were out of wings. While other tables around us were still being served wings, which didnât make sense. They asked if we wanted to order something else, but we politely declined because we came specifically for the wings. We paid for our drinks and left disappointed.
This experience really changed how we feel about the place.

From Calgary but went to brooks for a junior hockey weekend. Piston Broke was recommended by a coworker so slid by Saturday afternoon. Patio was awesome. Beers were excellent. Small food menu but what was on the menu was 10/10. The owners are hands on and truly care about their customers. Will recommend to friends and will be back for sure.

Never been, but picked up a six pack of rightly tighty at liquor pig in Castor. And was quite impressed. I haven't found many microbrewery canned beer worthy of a positive review, but this one was top notch.

Driving through Alberta we read the Piston Broke Brewing was a Harvest Host and we decided to stop. The brewery offers some tasty beers and the food was delicious. Excellent service from the staff who were very welcoming.

Great place for craft beers and classic pub food! The chicken wings are awesome, especially the Cowgirl Candy flavor (reminds classic Ginger Beef for those from Calgary). Unexpectedly great beer cocktails: Berrgarita and Radbiscous Mojito. Adding Michelada to the menue would be great. Great friendly service, thank you! Definitely recommend to visit.
The burgers are really good and the inside of the buns are crispy. Poutine was a large portion and very good. Some of the beers donât meet the standard labels⊠like the Red, tasted more like a porter but was still tasty. The atmosphere was great and friendly staff!

Very cute Brewery with awesome selection of beers and food. Nice large patio and friendly service make this Brewery very pleasant. The Tiki Torque was one of the best I have tried, highly recommended. We shared and enjoyed the jalapeño poppers and the dumplings. Sweet potato fries were great.
