Service sucks, wait time is horrible for any service, when it’s not even busy, everyone one else was getting serviced but my table, they let the phone ring and ring, was sitting for over an hour before I even got my food

I love RICKY’s… but this go around I was disappointed. Aug 12th 6-8 minutes in the lobby no one came out. Phone rang no one came to pick it up. There were people in the side area but no service. I came to eat at one of my favourite places and was let down. The place looks nice and clean… but if I get no service and no ability to eat I am left disappointed. Please do better in the future!

Ricky’s is one of my favourite chain restaurants, but this one just wasn’t it. The food was sub-par, the flavours were disappointing. I came in here expecting to enjoy the food. WANTING to enjoy the food. It’s edible, and the fries are good, but it’s pretty hard to mess up fries.
I recently dined at Ricky’s and was very impressed with the food quality and preparation. The chefs clearly put great care into their cooking as every dish was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared. The ingredients tasted high quality and the preparation of the dishes was really appealing. Overall, Ricky’s provides a wonderful dining experience with consistently delicious food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well cooked and satisfying meal!

Ordered food. I do understand I ordered an omelette for dinner but I must say it was the worst omelette I have had the displeasure of trying to eat. It was terrible. Bacon was extremely dry eggs were so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy.

service was horrible, waitress was unfriendly, food took 45 minutes to get to us after ordering (2 familys came in after us served before us), the eggs benedict was cold and completely inedible, 2 other meals were so cold they were probably just pulled out of the fridge, went to use the jam on the table and it was so expired it was rock hard and we couldnt get it out of the package
