The drink tasted terrible The service was awful. Huge line up. Was very slow and kept running out of ingredients so had to keep leaving area to get more. Also I ordered a pup cup and was never give it. Very disappointing They took FOREVER

The batistas are so slow that it shouldn't take 20 minutes standing in a 2-person line up to order a coffee, nor should it take an additional 15 minutes to get said coffee. It's absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning.

One barista there doesn’t know the difference between latte and macchiato. The other worker I asked if they have brownie, and she response by I don’t know, and yes I saw that there was a brownie. You work there you should know. Service downgraded. There’s only two- three barista there that I could trust to make my coffee

Adyn is a rockstar! He knows his customers and is always so pleasant! He has the best customer service and doesn't guilt you if you need to make adjustments to your order. He always makes his drinks perfect! Amazing customer service with a smile!

The one girl gives very slow service. She doesn’t speed up even when there are others waiting. Yesterday there was not any straws that were longer so the straw I was given was much shorter than my venti drink. They didn’t have any of the proper sizes of straws. Poor management. I love Starbucks but the service here is very slow..

They correctly made my drink in a timely manner. The staff were pleasant. My granddaughter asked for a cake pop. She understood why I said no because the cost $3.99 and use about 13 cents worth of cake. Very overpriced.
