Good subs but not great customer service. Some not fluent in English which wouldn’t be a problem if they were kind but they were rather rude when I asked them to repeat what they said. With a line of 7 people they also chose to make the online orders and allowed the line to continue building. Supposed to be fast food I would assume in person orders would be tended to prior to cleaning/online orders.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The atmosphere was great, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly and engaging. They even surprised me with a free bowl of soup, which was a nice touch! I also love that I always get bonuses in my account. My only wish is for more seafood and vegetable options on the menu. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend!

Garbage Place. It used to be good here we usually stop here on our way to medicine hat from calgary.
We tried to order a sub, they were out of Italian herbs bread at 4pm on a friday night? what?
It took them 20 minutes to make 4 subs for the people in front of us, it looked like manager was enjoying himself slathering his hands all over his nose and face in the back like he’s picking out his dirty scabs.
This subway suits this town very well, I don’t recommend coming to this establishment or town, this town feels like sadness and the worst point of somebody’s life.

My daughter and I were at the Brooks location today. We went at 12:30 and they were getting slammed. Line up to the door. The team members took it in stride and did an excellent job. I didn't see one customer get upset with the situation. When it came to my sandwich, it was made exactly as I ordered it. Great job guys.
