Today on 28 spetember we came from calgary and we need to use washroom and there is a boy i dont know the name he is indian guy and he rudely told me it is not public washroom and you have to order something. What is this kind of behaviour . Customer service zero
Good subs but not great customer service. Some not fluent in English which wouldn’t be a problem if they were kind but they were rather rude when I asked them to repeat what they said. With a line of 7 people they also chose to make the online orders and allowed the line to continue building. Supposed to be fast food I would assume in person orders would be tended to prior to cleaning/online orders.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The atmosphere was great, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly and engaging. They even surprised me with a free bowl of soup, which was a nice touch! I also love that I always get bonuses in my account. My only wish is for more seafood and vegetable options on the menu. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend!
