Very poor customer service. Employee was extremely rude and had no clue how to talk to customer. Made wrong order and made me pay twice. Very disappointed.

I ordered egg and cheese wraps and they gave me sausage egg and cheese wrap. I went there back i show there their mistake . Then, manger was not accepting their staff mistake. I was proof then they said its your mistake. I already bit this wrap and i said them i am eating any meat. They said we can’t do anything and also they said you have check before eating this. She talk with me very rudly and also another customers.

This is one of the cleanest Tim Hortons I have been in.
Also, it was the only time in the past at least 2 years, that I have stepped into a Tim Hortons and was acknowledged and order taken under a minute. I was very pleased with the speed of service at the till.
Ive gotten used to nearly every, Tim Hortons employee making direct eye contact with me and let me continue to stand there for up to 10 mins.
This Tim's was quick and clean.

A lot of uber drivers (I guess) took most of tables , speaking their own language, I can only take out. I guess they stayed there all day. I don't feel comfortable in this Tim Horton's and this kind feeling I have never had in any others.
And of course , whole town semll VERY BAD. I am glad I stayed only one day in Brooks, Alberta.

Just got to this store, ordered inside. Only to find out that there's a lot of happy staffs and I was quickly assist and they completed my order very fast. The atmosphere was so colorful and lively seeing that they have decorated the store for the Camp Day and I am looking forward to more colorful decorations. Stay happy young people. Love coming back here everyday. Kuddos!
