I always order the same thing here, just without tomatoes because I’m allergic. Today, I ordered my usual no-tomato meal, and my cousin ordered the same thing with tomatoes. I paid $21 but only got one meal and one burger instead of two full meals. When I asked, they said I’d only ordered one meal and one burger, and I couldn’t just pay the difference — I had to place another order for fries and a drink, costing another $7. In the end, I paid $28 for what should’ve been about $21. On top of that, my food had tomatoes again. Very disappointing experience and poor listening from the staff.

I virtually never come to Wendy's. Most.of the food is highly processed, and more importantly not hot. Fast food places.must improve the level of customer service and the quality.of their menu considering the prices now.being charged. I feel that I should apologize, but when you pay for a meal, should you not get what you pay for? Not less!

Me and my daughter are regular costumers at this location and for the past 2 months, every time we ask for a Coca Cola, they give us cherry coke. And when confronted about the issue, gave snotty attitude and accused me of lying, saying it was normal coke when it clearly wasn’t.
