The food was delicious and service was good. We had tandoori chicken pizza. It was very nice and definitely will be back. I was at first cautious being in truck stop etc. No these team did a good job.

website prices arnt the same as when you go pick up, told the person even showed him and he didn't care ....just charged what they wanted. Won't order again. And it wasn't an online offer either just a combo deal.

One common problem is that drivers frequently claim they do not have change, which often results in customers inadvertently overpaying. This practice seems to be used to increase tips or avoid providing proper change, which is both inconvenient and unfair to customers.
Additionally, there have been instances where drivers have forgotten items during delivery or left items behind. In such cases, customers are required to wait additional time for the driver to return with the missing items, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
When I have raised complaints about these issues, I have found that the platform's response has been unsatisfactory. Typically, there is little to no effort to provide credits, refunds, or any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I believe that improving driver accountability, ensuring proper handling of orders, and establishing a fair response process for customer complaints are essential steps to enhance the overall service quality and customer trust.

Used to love 241 Pizza, haven't been to one in about 15+ years until yesterday. Cobourg, Ontario Location.
Got an extra large meat lovers pizza which was burnt! Non edible! Also got a medium Hawaiian pizza, wasn't great but wasn't bad. The crust seemed like it was a bit stale or something.
Would have taken it back but it would have been too long of a trip.
Will never go back.

The worst staff I have ever seen, I don’t know if she was really tired for some reason but this is not the way to treat a customer. So rude, nfg attitude and really bad behaviour. I am never coming back here. Their staff need to learn how to talk in English if you have opened a business in Canada.
