Avoid! Poor, unclear and inconsistent policies when it comes to their car wash. Their promo states buy 4 car washes, get 1 free. So after accumulating 4 receipts from my purchases, they now inform me that all the previous car washes had to be of the same type and thus I do not qualify. When I asked where I can see that term and condition, they were unable to do so and still did not honour the promo.

I order stuff from an app called too good to go and they always sell the stuff I bought to someone else before I get there and I even call ahead to make sure it’s there…so now I waste my time and money to go there to be told they have nothing….maybe train the employees better so you don’t have angry customers like me!!!!!!

The staff are very aggressive with their upselling. "How about this, this, this, this, this, or maybe this today?" If you do say you want something, you hear, "how about this as well?" Good grief! This happens every visit, everyday.I visited the store again today. As expected, the guy at the cash register started going through his extensive upsell list. I cut him off quickly with a firm "No!" He then set up the Interac machine for payment. I tap my card and the transaction is over. He turns to me, and I kid you not, he starts going through his upsell list yet again. Unbelievable!It goes something like this: "How about a muffin, a hotdog, a sandwich, a taquito,. maybe a car wash, maybe some firewood, maybe some water, etc., etc., etc.. I'm sure that if I agreed to some Regular gas, they would then try to upsell me to some Premium, LoL.I don't experience this barrage of upselling at any other business. Only here.

Rated 1 Star for a reason. Horrible customer service. Last night I saw the lady working run to the door, lock it and run to the back after making eye contact with me through the window. I was told she coincidentally needed to do something in the back both times I showed up. I was also told that she let the customers ahead of me inside with no problem because they showed up at the correct time. This happened on two separate occasions in the same night, not a coincidence in my opinion. I am only going to circle k from now on.

She let me in after I waited outside in the cold knocking on the glass, I would not leave until I bought something. I am never coming back, why does it have to be so hard for me to buy coffee with my hard earned money? 7 Eleven HR called me but did not successfully resolve the problem in my opinion SMH. In my opinion you can't just cherry pick customers based off of how they look and make you feel, I can understand locking the door if I had a full ski mask on with a weapon in hand but that was not the case. I had on my Tim Hortons uniform (hat included) with some joggers holding a coffee in hand looking for a refill, But then again that's just my perspective... Let me hear yours.

The Ethiopian lady was rude. She asked me to make up my mind to buy something. I already had my drink at the til. She assumed I didn't have money. I'm going to complain direct to 7 11. Zero customer service. Very rude

Went in for a walk in interview on May 4th. Manager told me she had a position for me in the company and told me specifically that I was safe to put my notice in at my last job. Called for 3 weeks only to be told I was gonna be called back by another manager but that never happened and now over a month later and I’m jobless. Don’t promise jobs to people that you don’t actually have for them. I literally have no income now thanks to this manager...

I went in to buy a scratcher ticket and got very rude customer service and got kicked out because the lady working didnt know how to read a Manitoba ID
