In Ramadan, you can also call early to order ahead. I believe it’s under new management and it’s sad to see the old owners go, but the quality is still the same! And the employees are always friendly.

I had a great experience at AB King Pizza, mainly because of Nabila. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and does her job with a positive attitude. Service like hers really makes a place stand out. Big shoutout to Nabila — she’s a real asset to the team!

We really like the pizza from AB King but customer service used to be much better. Now, I'm very disappointed with the communication with lady who's taking orders. There have already been several unpleasant situations, and this is despite the fact that we used to be regular customers at this place. I would strongly recommend that the owner provides the training for those who handle customer service before you start losing clients due to the unprofessional behavior of staff. I see that other customers have shared similar experiences, including being asked to return a pizza without even receiving an apology for the staff’s mistake. Unfortunately, we faced a very similar situation. Our order included one dairy-free pizza due to a severe allergy, which was clearly communicated to the staff member taking the order. She even double-checked with the kitchen to confirm that a dairy-free pizza was possible, and we were assured that it was. Because we were ordering 12 extra-large pizzas and one small dairy-free pizza, we placed the order a day in advance. When the order was collected the next day, we noticed that the small pizza contained cheese. We called the pizzeria right away and were told that the order did not indicate that one pizza needed to be dairy-free. There was no apology at all. Instead, we were made to feel at fault for not double-checking the order, and we were even told we would need to pay for the delivery of the corrected pizza. I found this completely unacceptable. This was clearly not our mistake, and given the seriousness of a dairy allergy, the situation should have been handled with much more care and responsibility. What shocked me even more was that we were asked to return the incorrect pizza with the driver. My frustration was beyond words. I have never encountered such an attitude — instead of apologies or any form of compensation, we were met with blame. The only person who apologized was the delivery driver. It was obvious how uncomfortable he felt and how sorry he was about the situation, especially having to ask for the incorrect pizza back. We have never had any issues or misunderstandings with this place before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the level of service in this situation left us deeply dissatisfied. I can recommend the food from this place, but really hope that customer service will be improved.

Not too glamorous of a place but it gets the job done and the tummy full. I like how they offer unlimited toppings truly unlimited with no strings attached or stupid little policies that other places have. Toppings such as the meat have a good flavour to them and vegetables seem to be fresh. Pepperoni and salami is cut paper thin which is a down side. Otherwise good stuff 🇦🇫

Long-time customer, but this place has gone downhill under new ownership. My pizza arrived burnt on the bottom (photo attached). I called and was told a full replacement pizza would be delivered. When the driver arrived, he handed us the pizza and then asked to take the old pizza with him. We told him most of the original pizza had been eaten and offered photos or the remaining burnt slices. He then called his manager and relayed to us that he was instructed to take the burnt slices and give us only two or three slices from the replacement pizza. We refused the new pizza and the driver left. Afterward, the restaurant called my home and falsely claimed we had been instructed to return the original pizza. That never happened. We were willing to provide photos or return what was left, but instead were met with accusations and poor treatment. Burnt food happens. Dishonesty and disrespectful customer service are unacceptable.

Please read👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 I had an extremely bad experience here. The place is dirty and there is a very rude and disrespectful man working here. Yesterday, I ordered pizza for my guests. After one hour, he called and said I had to pay 8 dollars more. I said okay, but I was upset because they increased the price after one hour. If there was a mistake, it was their fault, not mine. After that, I wrote a review and said that they are lying. Interestingly, this man threatened me to remove my review, otherwise he would harm me 😎😎😎🙂↕️. I recorded his voice to show it to the police tomorrow. If you don’t believe that he threatened me just because I wrote a review, message me and I will send you his voice. I was really shocked that the owner of a business would threaten someone for writing an opinion, that too in Canada. Does this mean we also have to worry about our safety in Canada???
