Food is good, but crab legs dont get refilled on time and a person is controlling the amount of how much theyre giving (its a buffet let people take how much they want) and gratuity fee for 6 people is absurd. Ive been to buffets in LA vegas seattle and most of them dont charge gratuity or if there is its over 10 people. Wont be back

The hygiene of this restaurant was terrible. The food did not taste fresh, and the lady in charge of the food kept giving us unpleasant looks every time we tried to serve ourselves, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant and it was honestly the worst dining experience I’ve had. On top of that, the ice cream corner was in awful condition, with the floor and hygiene standards at their absolute worst. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Despite the mixed reviews, I was willing to give this a shot. Unfortunately, nothing tasted or had the texture of freshness.
Firstly, the amount of choices were decent. Sushi rolls were just ok. Cold shrimp were neither shelled nor deveined, so I didn’t bother. Several of the hot dishes were bland (i.e. noodles, fried rice). Most hot items were warm to cool. Pork belly was dry and chewy. With wing options, while very fatty, had good flavour.
While I appreciate that all items were fully stocked, from a quality perspective it would make more sense to cut back on the volume of food prepared and focus on small batches at a time. Like why a full insert of fries, onion rings, spring rolls when the buffet table shelf life for these items is so short?
Probably won’t return.

Great value for money! The food is delicious and the service is consistently excellent. I love the unique touch of their robot—it adds a fun and memorable experience. Reserving a table is very easy, and the spread of dishes is broad, offering something for everyone. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Haven't been back for at least 8+ years. When it was first open, parking lot was packed & I had to park on the street couple of times & lined up at entrance. They had STAMP card back then too but can't remember how many visits would qualify for one free buffet. Wife went there recently with her friends & said it's not bad & so we went there again. The restaurant is not busy at all for a weekday lunch. May be 7-10 tables for a big restaurant. They should do some advertising to drum up the business. For the price of $22 (senior), it's well worth it. Lots of selections & amazed there's cooked shrimp & mussels too. Sushi selections are not bad & all fresh.

For the price of a buffet. I have no complaints. I am so impresse of the staff who work for refilling buffet dishes , he checked constantly, clean up, refills. Very good working attitude. Only, if the fried dishes can keep the crispy more , then, I would say, no complain.
