Delicious food, even better service. My partner is celiac and thought that only the omelet would be safe to eat. Not true!!! So many delicious options!!! And super kid friendly too.

Clean and bright. Meals being served looked tasty. We were there for 15 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged. Several other tables experienced the same service.

Went to check out the place because heard it was really good. Went there and the place was good. Sitting outside, order our food. Waiting for at least an hour, no food. Went inside to make sure we got our food is ready. Nope, apparently something happened in the machine that our order did not process. My complaint is the server should have checked our table and asked if we got the food or how we doing. We got our food because we went inside to ask what happened to our food. Anyway we got the food decided to just pack it up.

Caramel carrot cake, the absolute star of the show, 100/10!

Breakfast sandwich and pbj bread pudding French toast are great runners up.

Love this cafe! They have my favourite breakfast poutine in the city. I’ve tried a few other meals and they were also super tasty. The quality of the food is amazing. Fantastic customer service as well (I’ve emailed with Christine a couple times and she has been great)

Love the sweet breakfasts here. Can't go wrong with PB&J bread pudding French toast.

I had Eggs Benny before which was fine but not a standout.

Easiest to get in on weekdays - weekends have a wait for sure.

I love lady bug, I always enjoy my time! Food is great, atmosphere is adorable, and service is always good! Olivia kindly made sure my meal was 100% gluten free, I felt so safe and looked after, she’s fantastic! Great job to all🐞

After seeing your reply I decided to edit my reviews coz there is something untrue. I do not wanna email privately what’s the point?

First the server took out two dishes at the same time after she put down one dish me and my kid immediately see the paper on the dish after she put down the second dish I immediately told her there is a paper on our pasta she didn’t even walk away yet , unlike what you said we called her back.

Yes you better check out why there is straw wrapper in your kitchen maybe it’s too massy there

The lady server had no problem once our kids sat down she handout the writing pad for them with a big smiley face. I appreciated her services that’s why I still tips 15% over 100 dollars bill.

The male senior server is the problem, long face and impolite!

Please adjust the problem properly.

Went there with my kids , ordered three dishes of pasta. We waited for 15 mins finally the food arrived but there was a very small paper on the pasta I returned and asked the staff to take it out after 2 mins a male staff took it back in a bad manner and without an apology.

We have been there few times ,my children loved to eat there and they were so look forward to it

Great spot for breakfast! Staff made an error with one of our meal , the owners not only replaced the meal but also went ahead with taking care of all of our bill and gave us a gudt card for future visit. We been coming here for years and this place continue to surprise us! Thank you!
