Finished work at 2am and decided to treat myself to a nice donair. Got there and I saw 3 people in there but something. Wanted to go in and the door was locked. The guy in the registry signalled a wait out signal in the damn cold. Waited for sometime and I left cause I found it disrespectful. I don’t want to think it’s cause of the color of my skin but it was rude to tell me to wait in the cold.

I ordered a mixed donair last night and was really disappointed. The chicken was burnt and had a very bitter taste, so I couldn’t even eat it. Kinda frustrating when you’re hungry late at night and looking forward to your food it just felt like a waste of money.

Worst donair ever. Looked good tasted horrible, barely ate any and threw it out. ripping pain woke me up this morning and pretty sure I have food poisoning. Would give it less than 1 star if I was able.

I placed a order on skip with special instructions for my mom who was going in for surgery the next morning. They ended up sending a salt loaded donair with thick chunks of inedible meat that she wasn't able to eat. I called them and spoke with the skip team before delivery to make sure it was made right but the instructions were not followed. So thats 25 dollars for food that went right in the trash and they won't acknowledge the fact they messed up. The food is not kept at safe temperatures. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service and food handling. I will be reporting this restaurant for unsafe food handling as well as getting rid of the skip app for supporting them.

Biggest disappointment, photos show a ton of food on the platter, I ordered and 85% of my plate was lettuce as a “salad” and a spoon full of hummus. Just awful. never ordering here again

Regular customers at this location and prices increase but portion smaller and not add any garlic sauce and hummus lower than table spoon mixed shawarma plate 20 $ plus tips. You guys just going down. In our area a lot of competition that serve cheaper and provide same quality

I was in on Dec 18th '23, very late at night, trying to find some grub. Dude took a while to come out of the back. I asked him to do me some onion rings, extra crispy. He gave them to me 10 minutes later, soaking wet to the touch.
