We have been going to this restaurant for almost 10 years. I used to frequent this place alot because I worked just across the parking lot.The food was delicious especially the appetizers, which was the main reason for returning.However after today, they have lost our business amd we will never set foot in this establishment again after the way my son was treated.He went in to order some appetizers for take out. Tommy was sitting at the back of the restaurant eating, with no customers in the restaurant and basically ignored him. When he finally saw my son, he gave him a menu then went back to sit down to continue eating, even though my son knew what he wanted to order.When my son, who is 23 and a chef btw, ordered my salad rolls without cilantro and basil, Tommy questioned him saying those were essential to the salad roll. My son said yes and he knew that it is usually essential. After putting the order through and ignoring him again when another couple came in, my son asked if they were hiring. Tommy said , very rudely" No and it doesn't matter anyways because you failed since you don't know the essentials in a salad roll!" The fact that this was even mentioned without considering a possible food allergy infuriates me!The way Tommy treated my son was completely unacceptable and if I was there, would NOT have been tolerated.Just because you don't like your job and didnt want to be there, doesn't give you the right to take it out on your customers!

Our first time at the Taste of Saigon in Royal Park NW.The food was both plentiful and extremely flavourful. We ordered the same dishes in other restaurants in Calgary, but the portions and the flavour of the food at the Taste of Saigon is without doubt the best. This is the first time we needed a box to take food home.Highly recommend this restaurant

(DoorDash / Fantuan). Because I gave them a review that stated that it’s a shame to refuse to open their dine in after Covid restrictions ended. I had to delete my review in hopes they will answer my phone calls.

In the restaurant there is one employee who’s clean shaved and mainly handle the main counter I don’t remember his name. But today i went to that store so the person who attended me even don’t sense to talk with customers he is so rude and keep saying me I don’t want to talk to you i am waiting for my food for pickup and i waited there for 10 minutes already i just asked to that person at least you have to tell how long you need for food and after that he is behaving like unprofessional and giving me thumbs down and saying don’t talk to you it’s not my job to tell you how much time it takes etc if you don’t respect the customer so what are you doing there close your store and do something else ?
