If I have a option to review this so called restaurant zero rating I would love to give them. Idk from where to start but let me start from beginning we were trying to call them to place an order for food. The Lady at the front picked up the phone and I greeted them and guess what she hung up. I was thinking maybe some network issue, then I called again and guess what she hung up again stating that she is not interested.. I said wait what ??? Third time we called again and this time my coworker called from office line she said she don't need anything then we said we are not selling anything we are customer and looking to place an order then she became rude again and said what do we want. I gave up but my coworker wants to try the food from them. Then somehow she placed an order and I went there to pick up now the next story is she even didn't bother to prepare a food. She said she thinks we are joking.. like seriously do we have enough time to joke with an old lady at the Indian restaurant wow.. Anyways it took 15 mins that she prepared a food without proper handling the food.. I came back to the office and guess I was danm sure the food is not gonna be upto the mark.

Sorry I forgot to mentioned what was our order. Our order was butter chicken, chicken samosa and naan.

As expected the food was horrible and I would say the worst butter chicken I have ever had in my life, it was bland no flavor and it was tasteless and full of watery.. i think they have no idea what they make.. Secondly chicken was under cook. Totally waste of money and time. It was our first and last experience we will never ever go there again..

My husband and I visited Avenida Food Hall today, we ordered chicken vindaloo, and vegetable korma with rice and it was amazing. The service was great and we will definitely be back.

We’ve been ordering takeout from here for years, and we’re consistently impressed by the curries, which offer a great variety and freshness. In particular, we love their butter chicken, it’s a family favourite!

We have been ordering take out from a Touch of India on a weekly basis for many years. The food is fresh and consistently delicious. The meals have large portions and we always have leftovers to enjoy the following day. The staff is very accommodative to our dietary needs (gluten free) with lots of curry options to chose from. Most recently, we used their catering services for one of our wedding events and were not disappointed. Would highly recommend.

The food prepared by Fenny has always been top notch. The samosas are delicious and the beef ones are the best beef ones I've ever tasted. I've been enjoying her cuisines (Chole, Veggie Korma, Butter Chicken, plus take home fridge or frozen options, etc) for many years both at her store location and at Avenida Food Market. I highly recommend A Touch of India!!!

I was traveling across the country back in 2018… the owner, very wonderful woman, knew we were having trouble looking for places to eat around that time of day, she was so kind hearted and actually warmed up some of the food we bought. I know they sell it cold, but I could not stop thinking how good the food was and how amazing she was to us. I will never forget and I am definitely will be back. ?

I want to support local businesses, and at one time the food here was great. The watery curdled "butter chicken" was the worst that I've had. For the price you can eat almost anywhere else and be more satisfied. The fact that it's a take out spot and they have a tip option is insulting on top.The current overall rating for this place is extremely inflated. I don't think they are getting much repeat business as the fridge is full of food no one is buying.
