I just had a meal from this store i told the front guy to make sure the fries and patty to fry in fresh oil as i already before recived the durty fried fries but he just ignored and he never told back staff about my concerns and I received the unhealthy fries…. It’s stupid to run a restaurant in busy store and fail to serve good

Terrible cheating and rude customer service, when customer asks , you should only answer to what he/she is asking, don’t try to explain other things.very unprofessional.

I had to bring my car in for service, so I walked down to the mall to have breakfast. I placed my order at a&w and waited. I then noticed that no of the workers in the back were wearing protective gloves. As I'm waiting for my order I notice a woman peeling a onion that's covered in mold and touching other things in the garbage with her bare hands. Hopefully I don't get sick, I will never eat there again, nor would I recommend anyone else to eat there as well.

I am a huge fan of their all Canadian special. But I tried this location’s version and it was disgusting. The toast was a bit burnt and everything else was soaked in fat or oil, god knows which. I ended up just eating the toast and then the sausages after wiping with napkins and throwing out everything else. Just simply the worst food related experience of my life.

Wes was absolutely amazing! We only had $31 on us, but our total came to $39. When we explained our situation, he reassured us, saying, “No worries, today is Mama Burger Day!” He let us know that tomatoes and lettuce were free, which brought our total down to $29. Thanks to his kindness, we left feeling so happy and grateful!

The staff was extremely polite. I was pleased with my experience, despite the fact that there were difficulties with my order, and the coffee was so clear that a little more and I would have seen the bottom of the glass.

Every time I go here I feel like the biggest inconvenience to the staff. They always seemed pissed off and the food is always super soggy with grease. I’ve tried giving the place the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done!

order for spicy chicken burger and fries. Ask for making fresh chicken , wait for five minutes but still gave Saugy chicken. It was prepared more than 30 minutes. My money was totally wasted.
