Gave me the wrong order, even after confirming twice in the drivetru. I said sausage egger on a regular bun. Gave me bacon egger on a muffin....and of course, i made the error of not checking the order before driving off. Maybe it's my fault for trusting. I will give them another chance in future.

Took my family for lunch. Had great time, our lil lady tried onion rings for first time and got a A&W stuffed bear. The employees on shift were amazing and even gave her first rootbeer lollipop. We will be back again 100%

Food being prepared with bare unwashed hands and cashier, in a very cavalier manner, stated that they prepare the food with bare hands. Furthermore, she stated that this was the policy, and they were not required to wear gloves. Very poor service.

I had a very lovely experience this evening, the food was well made, furniture was very comfortable and clean. Our Server May had a great customer service and ensured our food was brought to us promptly!

Meh... I think A&W plateaued about 5 years ago. The burgers unremarkable and the onion rings were bland. I could barely get them down. The place looks like it was decorated in the 60's, but not in a good way. Rather tattered and dingy. Tables are worn right through the finishing. The bathroom is dirty and stinks. Rag marks all over, so they wiped the dirt around that is certain. It makes me wonder about the kitchen. Staff are courteous and friendly.
