I visited this A&W today around 2:30 PM, and it was honestly a really disappointing experience. The woman working there seemed not properly trained, she couldn’t understand my order and was unable to make a cold coffee correctly. She spoiled the same coffee twice and kept trying again and then threw it in the garbage while showing attitude.

Then another woman came over, while she spoiled the another coffee, instead of making a new one, she just poured the spoiled coffee into another glass. That’s definitely not how A&W should be preparing drinks.

I really hope the management takes action and provides better training to the staff. Customers deserve proper service and fresh products.

I asked the order taker to remove the onions. On the receipt “No Sliced Onions” but my burger was stuffed with onions
I called the store phone number, the rude guy answers and says NO THERE SHOULD BE NO ONIONS, I said yes there is, then he passes the phone to a rude lady that said I made ur burger and I’m sure no onions, she also said the cashier did check your burger, we don’t know where the Onions came from !!!!!!

Just simpley apologize for ruining my order and made me Lose my appetite

I visited during a slow hour. The seating area was clean and maintained but it doesn't have esthetically pleasing fittings. Clean and well maintained but boring-looking.

Location is full of health code violations told them to add cheese and guy added cheese to half burger told him to make new one and started throwing tantrums multimillion dollar chain have unprofessional and rude employees i have to come 3 times just for my burger to get remade employee told me his name is john and i think he gave me fake name time of transaction 1.24-1.33 am

Friendly staff food took a while but was okay

I was here today and I’m asking for washroom. She say no washroom only for customers and she say you have to buy something before you use a washroom and I’m working food delivery

They Consistently serve a quality product whether it’s 4 in the afternoon or 4 am. Also, the staff is always so kind and helpful. Smiles might be free at McDonald’s, but they are actively serving them with every visit to A&W!
