Very rude, along with another indian chick they were workin same shift

Me and my friend had to wait 10 minutes for my poutine...you'd think they would make fresh fries while waiting for burger, chicken strips but got real stale fries and chicken strips was to grease and too oily,
rude customer service.

Affordable prices and theh always have coupons sent to your house so you can save even more.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, it is kids friendly. However, it does not have a play place like Mcdonald.

How actively stupid are your employees? The inability to supply the food that was ordered is amazing. Minimum wage is too good for these people.

Wow! I haven't been to an A and W in a while but i was very impressed with this location. Very clean, and they have a whole hand washing station with sinks and soap so don't need to go to the washroom to wash your hands. Seasoning salt and franks red hot sauce were available along with the salt/pepper/ketchup standard. Burger and fries were great and came very quickly. I will be back :)

Ok, so ok, Halloween day anw did a Halloween thing where kids eats were free so I was at this location waiting in the drive and witnessed this 10 yr girl who was waiting for her order as it was very busy as she's waiting she steps outside to get some air she then notices an employee locking the doors so she goes to the main door front door and a worker was locking the door she knocks on it and says iam sorry I never got my order I jus stepped outside quick and the worker rude pulled the door away from her and insisted she wait 45 min untill they open doors again the young girl was trying to speak got but the employee insisted she goes away and comes back later as the employee said it the poor 10yr girl missed out on her meal and soo did her parents! Shame on you!!!
