Found 2 long hairs in my burger tonight. I won’t be returning to this location.Edit: the store manager emailed me a generic template about how they’re sorry for my experience and will take it into consideration in the future. They denied that this situation could have happened and took no accountability. I would not submit a complaint that doesn’t exist.. I wish they never emailed me at all.

Sausage was burnt!!! The people that work there ignored us and the team leader came out and was very rude. Bad service. They need to change their attitudes. Not a good location for food and services. The owner of this place should check on their staff. Looks like they all hate their jobs.
