Was the only one in the drive thru, ordered 2 frozen root beers for the hot summer day. When I went to pay they said 5 dollars and change, I thought, that's pretty cheap for two. Ended up waiting 8 minutes for one frozen root beer for 5 dollars. Probably won't be back.

Part of customer service is friendliness. If your window workers are unable to maintain a customer service, they may not be suited to work it. They sounded bored when taking my order and it was an awful experience.

Kindness goes a loooong way, especially in customer service. Please do better

Ordered food for 5 people and they didn’t put all the items in the bag, when I drove back and told them they forgot 2 items all I got was a poor attitude woman telling me she did it her self and it was in there, please watch your cameras and do better because that’s pathetic.

Bad service, server had a very poor attitude. Did not listen and got my order wrong and then acted out with attitude when I brought it back for her to correct. I had to ask for them to clean a table as they where all dirty and again met with the poor attitude of how dare you ask me to do my job, after she wiped the table with the least amount of effort that I just went and got a load of napkins and wiped it myself. If you dont like having to deal with people then maybe a career in the service industry is not for you. Poor staff attitude when dealing with customera is not a good image.
