This is not what a teen burger looks like at other locations

I simply went in to ask for breakfast this morning and all I wanted to do is change up my toast for two sausage links which I've done at numerous other stores without any problems and for some reason this restaurant has a problem with that.

Being on the carnivore diet, I'm trying to eat strictly meat and the last thing I need is carbohydrates such as hash browns and toast.

Dietary restrictions: I'm on the carnivore diet and they could not accommodate that.

Extremely rude service from the owner and the lady behind the counter. Is this the A&W standard? This franchisee should be revoked from operating under the A&W brand.

I ordered from app and pick up here, the lady worked front couldn't find my order and assuming I was distracting the business and ask me to wait for 5 mins even though they got the order ready 10 mins ago. Eventually they found my order laying there and not even apologize for the mistake and asked me to get out! Can't argue with them at all! Excellence attitude and great customer service!

The people at this place are always really nice. That's all you need to have a good place that you feel comfortable going to over and over.

Been here twice but both experiences were terrible. Couple of month ago, I ordered uncle burger meal, single uncle buger and chicken strips but she missed one burger. It was the second time went there today, I ordered uncle burger meal then guess what? I got MAMA burger! FYI, make sure taking your precious time to open the paper bag and check all the items are right in front of this careless cashier even though you have very short lunchtime.
